In Seville the budget is not shared out evenly: each district has its own buyer and its own campaign

Whoever searches for a penthouse by the river is not the one looking for a family flat in Torreblanca. We build the account by district, set aside the searches that only cost money and tell you what each call has cost in each area.

  • Get calls from people searching right now

Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

  • What a click costs in your area

See what is paid today on Google for the property searches that name your area.

  • Every euro, explained

Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.

One account per district

With 689,423 inhabitants, Seville does not allow a single campaign

Seville has 689,423 inhabitants (INE, 2025) and packs very different things into the same words. “Flat in Seville” can be typed by the family buying in the Este, the investor looking at the centre or someone after accommodation for the Feria. Google does not separate them on its own. That is why we open the account by district, with its own phrases, its own ad and its own budget, and each week we check what was typed before each click.

The other client is at home: the owner who has gone years without selling and only knows the price of the neighbour's flat. When they type “how much is my flat worth” your valuation ad comes up, and that is where homes to sell are won. It is part of our solution for winning property owners.

This is how the money is divided by district:

Casco Antiguo District You pay for “house with a courtyard”, “penthouse” and “renovated flat” with the neighbourhood name. Anything that sounds like tourist rental is set aside: in the centre it mixes with buying and empties the budget without bringing a client. Macarena District A small campaign with neighbourhood phrases, “flat in la Macarena” or “flat in El Cerezo”, for people who want to live near the hospital and the centre. Clicks from people looking for a room are switched off from day one. Nervión District There are many advertisers, so we bid on neighbourhood phrases and on “flat with garage in Nervión”, and we measure which neighbourhood gives calls so you do not overpay where only the curious arrive. Cerro-Amate District Price searches: first homes, changing flats and inheritances. A local campaign with a tight budget and another for valuations, because in Amate or Palmete the client is often the owner. Sur District El Prado and the park call for one ad; Bami and El Porvenir for another. They are kept apart so the family-flat budget is not spent on searches for student accommodation. Triana District “Flat in Triana” with calle Betis or calle Pureza in the phrase. The ad uses the river and the street as its hook and lands on the neighbourhood listing, without paying for tourist rental. Norte District Pino Montano and San Jerónimo: families searching for flats by bedrooms and price. You pay for “buy a flat”, leave out subsidised housing and rentals, and watch each week which phrases bring calls. San Pablo-Santa Justa District Whoever searches near Santa Justa station often travels a lot or works outside the city. The ad names the high-speed train and the commuter rail, and searches for hotels and short stays are switched off. Este-Alcosa-Torreblanca District Families looking for a home near a school in Sevilla Este, Alcosa and Torreblanca. One ad per neighbourhood, with “for sale” from the headline and no spending on rental searches. Bellavista-La Palmera District Los Bermejales and Heliópolis call for family-flat ads; next to the Reina Mercedes faculties we set aside the student looking for a room. One ad per neighbourhood and an exclusion list of its own. Los Remedios District A buyer with a budget, who compares several agencies before calling. An ad with “flat in Los Remedios” and “near calle Asunción”, and remarketing so they come back to your listing.
1/4 Google Search · keywords

Phrases with a neighbourhood and an intention to buy

Each district has its own: “flat in Nervión”, “house with a courtyard in the Casco Antiguo”, “penthouse in Triana”. We rule out seasonal rentals, student and Feria accommodation and portal names from the start. And each week we read what was typed before each click to refine the list.

2/4 Valuation campaigns

The owner who wants to know what their home is worth

In the Casco Antiguo, in Triana or in Los Remedios there are owners who have gone years without selling and only know what was asked for the house next door. They type “how much is my flat worth” before calling anyone. Your ad comes up, they request the valuation in a minute and your phone alerts you at once.

3/4 Remarketing · YouTube and Display

The one who looked at a penthouse in Triana and went back to their day

A purchase in Seville is decided as a couple or as a family, and without hurry. Whoever saw your listing finds it again on YouTube, in Gmail and on the websites they read, until they call. And what they see is the home they looked at, not a generic ad for your agency.

4/4 Measurement and conversions

Which district gives you calls and which only clicks

We measure every call and every form, separate them by district and cross them with your visits and deals. A neighbourhood can fill the click counter and leave the diary empty. Each month the money moves from that area to the one that brings clients, and you see it in what each contact costs you.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in Seville

  • One or two, the ones you already know. Spreading a small amount over all eleven does not give enough data in any of them. Once one district shows what each call costs, the next one opens with what has been learned.

  • With a list of blocked searches and with ads that say “for sale” and name the neighbourhood from the headline. Someone looking for a night in Santa Cruz does not click on an ad to buy a house with a courtyard.

  • If your buyer looks from abroad, yes. They type in English and only respond to an ad and a listing in their language. We take care of it together with our international clients solution.

  • Yes. The ad does not depend on where your office is, but on where the buyer is searching. For Bellavista we open its campaign, with its own landing page, and measure the calls from there separately.

  • Yes. Every call that comes from an ad is recorded with the district and the phrase that brought it. That way you see whether Nervión really gives you calls or only visits to the website.
