In Navarre, someone typing “Pamplona” into Google is sometimes looking for the San Fermín festival, and that click is paid for
The name of the city is also searched for the fiestas, the Camino de Santiago and football. We build campaigns only for people who want to buy or sell a home in Navarre, we cut out the rest from day one and we tell you what each call has cost you.

Get calls from people searching right now
Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

What a click costs in your area

Every euro, explained
Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.
Pamplona is not the only way to search for a home in Navarre
In the Pamplona area people search by municipality and type of home (“flat in Barañáin”, “terraced house in Zizur Mayor”). In the Ribera, by “house in Tudela” or the name of the village. In the north, many type the valley, and some use the Basque name, Iruña, alongside the Spanish one. You have to pay for both forms.
And some searches spend and do not buy: accommodation during the fiestas, Camino hostels, student rooms, jobs, portal names. We cut them on the first day. Whoever asks what their flat is worth goes to a campaign of its own, the one that brings homes to sell: it is explained in winning property owners. This is how the account is split:
- Pamplona areaThe capital and the municipalities around it are searched one by one. One campaign per municipality and type of home, and another apart for valuations.
- RiberaTudela, Corella, Cintruénigo and Cascante: people search by the name of the village. Its own budget, not mixed with the Pamplona area's.
- PyreneesBaztán, Roncal and Salazar valleys: stone houses and village houses searched by the name of the valley. Small, tightly aimed campaigns.
- Tierra Estella and Zona MediaEstella-Lizarra, Olite and Tafalla: local searches, with the name of the village and, at times, in Basque. You pay for what is specific and read each week what was typed.
You pay for the search of someone who buys, not someone who comes for the fiesta
We spread the words by municipality and type of home, and cut those that draw in people who do not buy: accommodation during the fiestas, Camino hostels, student rooms, jobs and portals. Every week we read what was typed before the click and adjust the list.
The resident who wants to know what their flat is worth, before the portal does
Someone thinking of swapping a flat in Barañáin or Burlada for a bigger house first looks at what theirs is worth. They type “how much is my flat in Burlada worth”, your ad appears, they request the valuation in a moment and the alert reaches your phone.
The person who saw the house in the valley and did not call
A stone house in a valley is thought over calmly and looked at again. Whoever opened its listing on your website is reminded of that home on YouTube, in Gmail or on the sites they read, for as long as their decision lasts and no longer.
You know whether the Pamplona area, the Ribera or the valley pays off more
We track every call and every form and match them with your viewings and your sales. You see which campaign brings clients in each part of Navarre, and each month we move the money towards where it comes back as a sale.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in Navarre
-
With a list of words excluded from day one (fiestas, accommodation, hostels, rooms, jobs) and a weekly reading of what was typed before the click. On top of that, the ad only talks about homes, and people who come for the fiestas rarely click on it. If something slips through, it is cut at the next review.
-
Yes. One campaign per municipality or area, each with its own budget and landing page. That way you see whether Egüés or Burlada brings you more calls, and the money is not split equally for no reason.
-
Some people type Iruña or the valley in Basque and others type in Spanish. We look at what your client really types and pay for both forms when they bring calls. The ads are in Spanish.
-
Someone returning to Navarre or buying from another city searches with the name of the town or the valley. We can show them the ad outside the region, choose which cities, and take them to a listing on your website designed for them.
-
Yes, wherever someone asks what their home is worth, and that happens in Tudela just as in Pamplona. The valuation campaign has its own ad and its own form, apart from the sales one, so each is measured on its own.
-
It depends on how soon you need results. Ads bring calls from the moment they are switched on, although you pay for them one by one; SEO takes longer and then keeps working by itself. Starting with ads and adding real estate SEO in the meantime is usually the order that works best.
