In the Canary Islands you are searched for from another island, from the mainland and from half of Europe, and only some of them buy
“Apartment in Tenerife” is typed by someone thinking of buying, someone planning a holiday and someone looking for a seasonal contract. We choose the searches that bring buyers and owners, split them by island and by language, and every week tell you what each call has cost.

Get calls from people searching right now
Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

Every euro, explained
Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.
One account per island, because what works in the south of Tenerife does not work in Arrecife
Each island has its own market, its own competitors and its own searches, so each one gets its own campaign, budget and landing page. In Adeje, Mogán or Playa Blanca, many buyers come from abroad and type in English, German or Dutch. In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife people search in Spanish, by neighbourhood and in a hurry. And in between, Google throws in flights, hotels and seasonal jobs, which have to be set aside from day one.
The owner who wants to know what their home is worth is another client, with a valuation campaign of their own and a short form that alerts your phone: we explain it in our solution to win property owners. With 37 towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants spread over five islands, deciding where each euro goes is what separates a campaign that fills your diary from one that only spends.
- South of TenerifeAdeje and Arona concentrate searches in English, German and other languages, with names such as Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos. We bid by resort and by type of home, not on “Tenerife” alone.
- South of Gran CanariaMaspalomas, Playa del Inglés and Mogán are searched as second homes. Ads in several languages and a long list of excluded hotel and rental searches.
- The two capitalsLas Palmas and Santa Cruz are searched in Spanish and by neighbourhood, almost always by families from the island itself. Small campaigns, with the neighbourhood name already in the ad.
- La Gomera and El HierroThese are small markets and have no card of their own. If you have homes there, they go into a separate campaign, with the search limited to each island so you do not pay for clicks from elsewhere.
You pay for the buyer in the Canary Islands, not for someone booking a flight
“House for sale Adeje”, “chalet Maspalomas” or “Immobilien Teneriffa”: yes to these. “Hotel Costa Teguise”, “flights to Lanzarote” or “hospitality jobs Fuerteventura”: no to these. We cut the second kind from day one, and every week we check what people typed just before they clicked.
The owner wondering what their home is worth, in La Laguna or in Playa Blanca
Someone thinking of selling types “how much is my home worth” or “property valuation Tenerife”. They see your valuation ad, request it in a minute and the alert reaches your phone. It also works for the owner who lives in Madrid or in the United Kingdom and has an unused home on the island.
For the person who looked at the home from their sofa and did not call to come back
Someone planning to buy in the Canary Islands compares islands for weeks, and few call the first time. We remind them of the home they saw on your website, on YouTube, in Gmail or on the pages they read, in their own language and only while they are still deciding.
You know which island and which language bring calls
We track every call and every form, and separate them by island, by language and by campaign. That way you see whether a call from Adeje in English costs more or less than one from Las Palmas in Spanish, and each month the money moves towards what ends in a sale.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in the Canary Islands
-
Island by island. Someone who searches for a home in Tenerife does not want to see one in Lanzarote, and a click that lands on the wrong island is paid for all the same. We start with the island where you already close the most sales and, with what we learn, set up the next one.
-
Not as a block. Searches for “rent for a week” are cut, but those of someone who wants to buy in order to let to tourists go into an investment campaign, with its own message. The rules on holiday homes change, and our ads do not promise returns: they lead the buyer to talk to you.
-
Yes, with a small, well-aimed budget. There are fewer searches, but those that exist come from determined people, and the campaign is limited to your island so you do not pay for clicks from elsewhere. Before proposing a figure we look at what is paid per click in your area today.
-
Yes. We choose where the ad is shown and in which language. The buyer in Madrid looking for a sunny second home gets a campaign in Spanish and the German buyer gets one of their own, with a landing page written for them. We explain it in international clients.
-
Each island has its own campaigns and tracking, so when the phone rings you know which ad it came from. Every month we compare which island brings more viewings and more sales, and the budget moves to where you close.
-
Yes, but not with “apartment Tenerife”, which is expensive and heavily contested. You compete with specific searches: a development, a type of home, a view. And with the valuation campaign, which reaches the owner before a portal does.
