On the Costa Blanca the buyer falls in love with the first photo: your website has to be worthy of the view

Someone browsing from another country decides in seconds whether your agency is worthy of its homes. We design websites made for the phone, with listings that show what you see from the terrace and a clear path to contact.

  • Your homes, full screen

Large photos, well arranged and with no text over them. The property is shown as it deserves before anyone visits it.

  • Made for mobile

Your clients get to know you from their phone. Everything can be read without zooming and requesting a viewing is always one tap away.

  • With your identity, not a template

Your typography, your colour and your way of speaking on every page. We design it with you, page by page.

The first photo says almost everything

The coastal buyer forms an opinion before reading a single word

Someone looking at Costa Blanca homes from their sofa compares websites the way they compare homes: by the image. If yours opens with a large photo of the view, in good light and with no logos in the way, they take you seriously. If it opens with a list of properties and filters, they go to the portal. The photograph rules and the text comes after.

Behind the image comes trust: your team, your office, your sales in the area. It shows that it is your agency and not a template, and that difference is part of how we serve the international client. This is what we design in each municipality:

Alicante Alicante A city home page with the harbour and San Juan beach, and a flat listing with a map of the district. The design organises the information for whoever compares districts. Elche Alicante A section of its own for Arenales del Sol, with the beach and the villa in the foreground, inside the city's website. Torrevieja Alicante Listings with the terrace and the communal pool as the first images, and the walking distance to the beach in view. An English version as the main one. Orihuela Alicante A home page for Orihuela Costa with the estates as the protagonists: La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor. A map and photos that place the buyer. Benidorm Alicante Apartment listings that open with the view from the terrace and the skyscrapers behind. The price and costs on the phone's first screen. Denia Alicante Photos of the harbour and the castle on the municipality home page, and villas with views of the Montgó on the listing. Languages of northern Europe in view. Santa Pola Alicante A home page with salt flats and harbour, and a listing for a house in Gran Alacant with the distance to the airport. A sober website that tells the area well. Villajoyosa Alicante Coloured facades as the image of the municipality and beach-apartment listings. A design with warmth and the brand well present. El Campello Alicante A district website next to Alicante: Muchavista beach, harbour and tram on the home page, and listings of houses with gardens with clear distances. Jávea Alicante Full-screen villa listings, with the views and the pool as the first images. Three areas (Port, Arenal and mountain) with a home page each. Calpe Alicante The Peñón as the municipality's home page and apartment listings with views. A short form and a contact button that is always visible. Altea Alicante A home page with the white old town and the blue-domed church. Listings for villas and village houses in two different styles inside the same brand. Pilar de la Horadada Alicante New-build listings with floor plans, finishes and state of the works, and the price in view. A complete English version. Alfaz del Pi Alicante An Albir home page with the promenade and the Sierra Helada, and listings whose language changes with one tap. Two versions of the same listing. Guardamar del Segura Alicante A home page with dunes and pine forest, with more calm and less visual noise. Listings with few photos, very good ones, and a map to the beach. La Nucía Alicante Listings for houses with views and a garden, and a block with what is nearby (sports facilities, Benidorm). A clean, airy design. Rojales Alicante Bungalow listings in Quesada with the pool and garden as the image, and a form in English that is sent with one tap.
1/4 Property listings

A listing that shows what you see from the terrace

A large gallery, with the view and the terrace first. Then the data that matters and a map that places the home: the beach on foot, the golf course, the airport. That way the buyer arrives at the viewing already knowing which home it is.

2/4 Design for mobile

The phone's first screen shows the sea before the menu

Whoever opens your website from an ad sees a photo that commands attention, a short headline and a button. The menu, the filters and the lists wait below. A full-screen image, cropped well for the phone, is worth more than three paragraphs.

3/4 Brand identity

So that it does not look like a portal template

Your typeface, your colours and your way of speaking, applied on every page. Without the usual labels, with phrases of your own. It is what makes the buyer who has seen twenty websites remember yours.

4/4 Contact forms

A form that is sent with one tap

Name, phone with prefix and the home they are interested in, already filled in. If the buyer writes from another country, the form opens in their language and asks nothing more. The conversation starts on the call.

I have been investing in Ads with Landing Agency for a few months to win apartment listings. The truth is the result has been very good, and above all the follow-up from the team. 100% recommended.

Frequently asked questions about web design on the Costa Blanca

  • The ones that show the whole home and the view, with no fixed number. We prefer a few good photos to many weak ones. If some are missing, we help you commission a shoot that produces them.

  • If it is short, well shot and light, yes: it shows the coast as a photo cannot. If it slows loading on the phone, no. We test it with the website running, not on a mock-up.

  • Yes: the luxury of design is looking after the detail, not the price of the home. An apartment with good photos, clear data and a simple form is better presented on a carefully built website.

  • The same as here, in the language that applies and with a form with an international prefix. We check that the first screen loads well over a mobile connection and on different devices, not just in your office.

  • No. We start from your brand as it is. If the logo, the typeface or the colours do not hold up well on screen, we tell you what to touch up, and only if you want.

  • The message is the same, the text is not: it is written with each buyer in mind, because a paragraph works differently in English than in Spanish. You review it before publishing. And making those versions known to Google is part of our real estate SEO work.
