Buyers start by searching “Costa Blanca” and end up in one town. Your website has to accompany them between the two

Seventeen municipalities, from Dénia in the north to Pilar de la Horadada in the south, and a buyer who often searches in English. We look after the technical side of your website, the content for each town and your presence in AI answers, and you see how many calls arrive.

From the coast to the specific town

People search in three steps: the coast, the town and the type of home

Someone buying from abroad usually starts with something broad, like “Costa Blanca property” or “apartments Costa Blanca South”. Then they settle on a town and, finally, on a type of home: villa, penthouse, bungalow. Each step is a different search, and your website needs a page that answers it. Without one, that buyer ends up on the portal or on another agency's site.

That is why we build one page for the coast and another for each municipality, all with an English version and with guides that talk about buying, not about tourism. It is the base for the international client to find you before deciding whom to talk to. This is how we work on it, town by town:

Alicante Alicante A city of seafront and harbour, with Playa de San Juan as its beach district. Buyers compare “flat in Alicante” with “apartment in San Juan”, and each search deserves its own page. Elche Alicante On a coast of beach towns, Elche brings the shoreline of Arenales del Sol. A page that tells it without mixing it with the city of the Palmeral, so Google understands they are two searches. Torrevieja Alicante A city of apartments and bungalows between the salt flats and the sea. English rules: pages by area, such as La Mata or Los Balcones, with guides on how to buy and how to live there. Orihuela Alicante On this coast, Orihuela is searched for by its residential estates: La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca. One page for each, and another for whoever wants a home in the city. Benidorm Alicante The city of skyscrapers, with Levante, Poniente and the Rincón de Loix as areas people search for by name. The website keeps the apartment to live in apart from the one bought to let, which is another conversation. Denia Alicante A harbour with boats to the islands, a castle and the Montgó behind. People search for Les Marines, Las Rotas and the town itself, in several languages. One guide per area, with the name written the way each buyer types it. Santa Pola Alicante Salt flats, a fishing harbour and Gran Alacant up above. People look for homes a step from the airport and from Alicante, and the website needs a guide to each area, not a generic Santa Pola page. Villajoyosa Alicante Coloured houses facing the sea, chocolate and a tram to Alicante. A search that mixes tourism and housing: content about the old town and the beach district, and about what it is like to live there all year. El Campello Alicante Right next to Alicante, with the Muchavista beach and its harbour. Someone who works in the capital and wants a home by the sea types “El Campello” and “near Alicante”: two phrases your website must answer. Jávea Alicante Port, Arenal and old town are three searches, and the villa buyer adds “Xàbia” to “Jávea”. One page per area and another on the coves and the mountain, with well-written English. Calpe Alicante The Peñón de Ifach is the photo and also the keyword. Apartments by Arenal-Bol and La Fossa, and villas in the estates further up: separate pages for whoever buys on the beachfront and whoever wants views. Altea Alicante A white old town with the blue-domed church, and Altea Hills up above. Someone searching “house in Altea” wants a flat in the town or a villa with views: they are separated with different pages. Pilar de la Horadada Alicante Torre de la Horadada, Mil Palmeras and Lo Romero Golf. New builds and buyers from abroad, with English as the starting language. One page per area and a clear buying guide. Alfaz del Pi Alicante Albir and the centre of Alfaz are searched for separately and with the name in two languages, l'Alfàs and Alfaz. Content in several languages and a Google listing with reviews from clients abroad. Guardamar del Segura Alicante Dunes, pine forest and the mouth of the Segura. People look to live near the pines and the beach, and the website has to talk about that, with its districts and with the English of whoever arrives from abroad. La Nucía Alicante A little inland, a step from Benidorm and Altea. Whoever searches for it types “near Benidorm” or “with views”; the text has to meet that search and not the shoreline one. Rojales Alicante Ciudad Quesada and the cave houses of Rojales are two worlds. The buyer from abroad searches Quesada in English and in other languages: you need a page per area and guides that answer before they come.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

One page for the coast and another for each of its seventeen towns

The coast page splits the buyer between the north and the south. Each municipality has its own, with its English version and its own address. That way Google knows what to show whoever types “apartments Calpe” and what to show whoever types “Costa Blanca South”, and does not penalise you for repeated text. Everything opens fast on the phone of whoever browses from another country.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

Buying guides, not a tourist brochure

We write what a buyer from abroad asks before deciding: what it is like to live in Jávea all year compared with spending the summer there, what sets an estate in the south apart from a town in the north, which formalities are worth knowing before buying from another country. It goes out under your name and with what you have seen in each town.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

Get named when an assistant recommends where to buy on the coast

Someone planning from Brussels or Manchester does not search, they ask: “which town on the Costa Blanca can I live in all year near an airport?”. We work so that your agency is one of the answers and we measure which questions you appear in and which not yet.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

One Google listing per office, with the map of each town

Someone typing “estate agents Calpe” or “inmobiliaria en Santa Pola” decides with the map. We look after your Google Business Profile listing: photos of your office and your homes, reviews answered in the language of whoever wrote them and a post every time a new home comes in.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO on the Costa Blanca

  • Both, at different moments. At first the buyer types “Costa Blanca” or “north Costa Blanca” and, once they have compared, types the town. That is why your website needs a page for the coast and another for each municipality, linked to each other.

  • You do not compete on listings, you compete on guides, on towns you know and on your Google listing. The portal has every home; you have the judgement of someone who sells in each town, and that is what Google and AI look for when they recommend you.

  • Yes, in the language of whoever searches for them, each with its own address. An unchecked translation will not do: a buyer who reads odd text does not call. We start with English and add the others according to the buyers who already write to you.

  • If it answers what is asked before buying (costs, areas, what life is like out of season), yes. A blog of local curiosities does not bring buyers, a useful guide does, and it is also what an AI assistant quotes.

  • Each office gets its own Google listing and its own page, with the same name and the same details everywhere. If a phone number changes on the listing and not on the website, Google grows wary and the map notices. We explain it in our article on the listing.

  • We measure calls and forms by municipality page and by language, and match them with your viewings. That shows whether Calpe brings more contacts than Dénia and which page to reinforce next month.
