On the Valencia coast people search for the beach before the town: your website has to appear in both searches

Nine municipalities, from Puçol to Oliva, with the Albufera in the middle. Whoever buys on the coast types “apartment in Cullera” or “near Gandía beach” and compares places at the same time. We sort out the technical side of your website, write the content for each beach and each town and work so that AI names you. You see how many calls come in.

A coast compared town by town

Whoever looks for a home by the sea has not yet chosen where: they compare

The Valencia coastline is travelled from north to south and compared as a whole. Whoever looks at Puçol also looks at Sagunto, and whoever wants Cullera looks at Sueca and Tavernes. Each search carries the name of a beach, a harbour or a housing estate, and sometimes it is in English. If your website has only one page that says “Valencia coast”, those searches go to whoever has one page for each place.

The coast is also lived in seasons: the buyer looks in summer, when they are here, and decides months later from home. Your content has to be there when they search again, with guides to each town and its beaches written under your name. That brings you closer to being the go-to agency in your area. These are the pages we work on, town by town:

Valencia 16 districts The city has the sea inside it: Malvarrosa, El Cabanyal, Pinedo, El Saler. One page per beach and per coastal neighbourhood, so you do not compete with your own pages for the capital. Sagunto Valencia Puerto de Sagunto, Almardà and Corinto are searched by their beach name, not by “Sagunto”. One page for each, with what people ask there: promenade, train and school. Gandía Valencia “Gandía beach” is searched for in its own right. Your website needs one page for the beach, another for the Grau and another for the city, so that each search reaches its own. Cullera Valencia El Faro, El Racó and Sant Antoni are three ways of searching for Cullera. One page per beach, with a guide to what is nearby and how to get there, and with the English clearly marked. Oliva Valencia Oliva beach and Oliva Nova are searched differently. One page for each, also written for whoever buys from abroad and finds it while searching further south, towards Dénia. Sueca Valencia El Perelló, the Mareny de Barraquetes and the beach are spelt many ways. We organise the addresses so that Google understands they belong to Sueca and put the Albufera in the content. Alboraya Valencia Port Saplaya and La Patacona are brands in their own right: they are searched by name. One page for each, with the type of flat people look for there, and a Google profile if you have an office. Puçol Valencia Puçol and Puzol: two names for the same coastal town. A single page with both forms inside the text and a guide to the beach and the train to Valencia for whoever works in the capital. Tavernes de la Valldigna Valencia A long name that is searched shortened and with typos. Content that covers Tavernes and Tabernes, and a beach guide for whoever buys a second home.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

One address per beach, per town and per language

We build a structure where each beach and each town has its own page, in Spanish, in English and in Valencian where relevant, with no duplicates between them. We look after the speed of the listing on the phone of someone looking from the sand and we fix whatever makes Google show you less today.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

Beach guides written by someone who knows them

How to get there from the airport, what is within walking distance of each beach, what changes between living here in winter and in summer, what is worth knowing before buying from another country. We write each guide under your name, so that it is exactly what a portal cannot copy.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

So that AI names you when people ask which coastal town to choose

“Which town on the Valencia coast suits me if I want a second home with a train to the capital?” More and more buyers ask an assistant that. We work so that you are one of the answers and every month we measure which questions you appear in.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

Your Google profile on the map of each town

On the coast people decide using the map: “inmobiliaria en Cullera” on the phone, with the beach at hand. We look after your Google Business Profile with photos of the area, reviews and replies, so that it appears on the map of the town where you have an office.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO on the Valencia coast

  • One per municipality and another for each beach or area the buyer names. Cullera is three searches and Sagunto another three. What matters is that each one talks about what people ask there and is not the same text with another name.

  • With content that stays alive all year. The beach guide they read in August comes up again in November, when they search again, and your Google profile keeps reviews and photos up to date so that they find you.

  • With its own address and written for whoever buys, not translated word for word. It is worth having the beach guides and the listings in English from the start, and in another language if your usual buyer is from another country.

  • Your Google profile is Gandía's, because Google ties it to a premises, and your website has a page of its own for Oliva. That way you appear on the map where you are and in the searches for where you sell. We explain it in our article about the Google profile.

  • Every month we ask the typical questions of a coastal buyer and note which ones your agency comes up in. With that we write the missing guide and strengthen the weakest page.

  • A single page per place, with the name most searched in each language and the other inside the text: Puçol and Puzol, Tavernes and Tabernes. That way you do not compete against yourself and Google knows which one to show.
