On the Costa del Azahar buyers search town by town: each beach needs its own page, its map listing and its guide

Someone who knows where they want to live does not type “estate agent on the coast”. They type Benicasim, Vinaroz or Burriana and what they want: an apartment near the sea, a new build, a townhouse with a garden. We build the pages that answer each search, with the technical side and the content, and we work so that AI names you.

Six towns, one coastline

From Vinaroz to Burriana, the sea joins them and Google keeps them apart

The province's coast starts in Vinaroz, on the border with Catalonia, and runs down through Benicarló, Benicasim, Castellón de la Plana and Almazora to Burriana. They are six seaside towns with names that can be written two ways, Spanish and Valencian, and the buyer searches for them one by one. Each one needs a page of its own, with its map and its text, so that your website does not compete against itself.

What changes from one town to the next is what people look for: the apartment a few steps from the promenade, the new build facing the beach, the city flat or the home of the family that works in the capital. And whoever spends a few days by the sea often keeps looking from home, on Google and now on an AI as well. Being the answer to those searches is being the reference agency in your area. This is how we divide the work, town by town:

Castellón de la Plana Castellón City and beach at once: El Grao, El Pinar and El Gurugú are searched as places apart from the centre. One page per area and your listing on the map where your office is. Burriana Castellón A flat by the sea and a house in the old town do not compete for the same client. Each one gets its own page, with the beach and the orange groves as part of the story. Vinaroz Castellón Whoever looks at Vinaroz also looks at Benicarló and Peñíscola, and decides by what they read. A page that covers Vinaroz and Vinaròs, and talks about the promenade and the town, gets you the first click. Benicarló Castellón It shares the coastline with Vinaroz and Peñíscola, and the buyer asks how they differ. A guide of its own that explains it keeps the town next door from taking them. Almazora Castellón It is the coastal town closest to the capital, and it is searched as Almazora and as Almassora. Whoever looks at Castellón for price or for space needs a page that explains why to look here. Benicasim Castellón The Desierto de las Palmas, the promenade with its villas and the beaches of Voramar and La Almadraba are the searches. A page per area puts you in front of the buyer who already knows where they want to live.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

One page per beach town and per type of home

We organise the website with an address for each coastal town and another for what people look for inside it: apartment, new build, townhouse. Benicasim and Benicàssim are both covered in the texts, and everything loads quickly on the phone of someone looking from the terrace.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

Guides to the promenade, the beach and the neighbourhood, with what buyers ask

Someone buying by the sea cares how far it is on foot to the sand, whether there is a school nearby and what the community fees are. We put it in a guide per area, under your name. And because new builds change, each development has its own page, updated as it sells and never left dead.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

Let AI cite you when people ask about living by the sea

“Which town on the Castellón coast suits me for living all year near the beach?” is a question people now put to an AI assistant. We work so that your agency appears in the answer, and we measure which questions name you.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

Your listing on the map of every coastal town

When someone searches “inmobiliaria en Benicasim”, the map decides. We create and look after your Google Business Profile listing, with reviews from people who already bought by the sea, photos and replies. With an office in Vinaroz and sales in Benicasim, the listing is backed by a page for each.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO on the Costa del Azahar

  • If your buyer names the area when searching, yes: “Voramar” is not the same search as “flat in the centre of Benicasim”. We start with the areas where you close the most deals and open the rest with what we measure.

  • On the generic search it is hard, so we go for the ones that carry an area and a type of home. A portal shows adverts; your website can tell what is near the sea, what living there is like in winter and what the fees are, and that is what the buyer wants to read.

  • A listing is tied to one address and on its own does not take you to another town. For Benicasim you need a well-built page on your website and, if you open an office there, its own listing. We explain it in the article on getting the most from your Google listing.

  • Yes. Each development gets its page, its floor plans, its delivery calendar and its address. When it sells out, the page is not simply deleted: it becomes a guide to the area or links to whatever is still available.

  • It depends on who you sell to. If you already receive enquiries from outside Spain, each listing and each guide needs its own version, not a quick translation. If you do not, we start with Spanish and the Valencian names, and add English when the first contact arrives.

  • How many calls and forms arrive from Google in each town, which searches with a beach or area name you appear in, how much your map listings are visited and which questions to an AI name you. That is what matters, not visits.
