In the province of Valencia people search in Valencian, in Spanish and in English: your website has to answer all three

Forty towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants add up to 2,101,932 people, with a huge capital, a ring of cities right next to it, the market gardens, the coast and the interior. We sort out the technical side of your website, write the content for each area and work so that AI names you. You see how many calls come in.

One place, two names

València or Valencia: the same capital is searched three different ways

Here names change depending on who is typing: València and Valencia, Sagunt and Sagunto, Alboraia and Alboraya, Puçol and Puzol. The local buyer uses the one that sounds familiar, the buyer from Madrid uses Spanish and the one from abroad types it their own way, in English and without accents. If your website answers only one form, another agency takes the others.

The province is also four markets with little in common: the capital, with its neighbourhoods; the metropolitan area, with cities right next to it; the coast, from Sagunto to Oliva; and the interior, from La Ribera to Requena. When your website's structure keeps them apart, Google knows who to show you to and you get closer to being the go-to agency in your area. This is how we work on each destination:

Valencia coast 9 towns Whoever types “beach” has not yet picked a town. That page gathers the coastal search, splits it between north and south and leads it to the town that fits. This one is about the whole province. Valencia 16 districts The capital is searched by neighbourhood: Ruzafa, El Carmen, El Cabanyal, Benimaclet. One page per neighbourhood, written with what people ask there, so that the portal does not beat you on each one. Torrent Valencia A big city in the southern metropolitan area, with a metro line to the capital and the residential area of El Vedat. Its buyer compares with Valencia before deciding, and your page has to give them reasons to stay. Gandía Valencia Capital of La Safor, with the everyday city and the beach in the same search. It needs one page for the town centre and another for the beach, or Google mixes them up. Paterna Valencia Technology Park, La Canyada and everyday city: three searches inside one municipality. Structure by area and content for the family that works nearby and wants a house with a garden. Sagunto Valencia Two centres searched separately: the historic centre, with its castle, and Puerto de Sagunto, with its beach. One page for each and a Google profile that says which one you are in. Alzira Valencia Capital of La Ribera Alta, among orange groves and with a train to the capital. People search like neighbours: “flat in Alzira”, “house near the centre”. There is less volume and more intent. Mislata Valencia Right next to the capital and with a metro line, its search overlaps with Valencia's. A page of its own that does not compete with the capital's and talks about price and access. Burjassot Valencia A city in L'Horta Nord, with a university campus, a metro line and long-standing residents. Content for whoever lives there all year and for the owner who wants to value their home.
  • L'HortaValencia and its ring: Torrent, Paterna, Mislata, Burjassot and Alboraya. City and neighbourhood searches, with towns that are named two ways and a Google profile for each office.
  • Camp de TúriaLlíria, L'Eliana and Bétera, among others. Families leaving the capital in search of a garden and a school. Content about housing estates and access to Valencia.
  • Camp de MorvedreSagunto and its surroundings, between the coast and industry. Two markets in a single comarca, which should not share a page.
  • La RiberaAlzira, Sueca and Cullera: orange groves, rice fields and coast. Local searches in Spanish inland, and in more languages nearer the sea.
  • La SaforGandía, Oliva and Tavernes de la Valldigna. Second homes next to the everyday city, with a guide for whoever comes from outside the province.
  • The interior: Requena, Xàtiva and OntinyentLess volume and more intent: whoever searches for a home there usually lives nearby. The owner who types “how much is my house worth” reaches you before a portal.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

One address per town, per name and per language

We organise your website so that Sagunt and Sagunto, or Alboraia and Alboraya, do not compete with each other and each search finds a single page. We make sure it opens fast on the phone of someone looking from abroad and we fix whatever makes Google show you less today.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

Neighbourhood and comarca guides, written by someone who walks them

L'Horta is not described like La Safor. We write, under your name, what the buyer asks before calling: what changes between living in Ruzafa or in a villa in Camp de Túria, how to reach Manises airport, what is worth knowing before buying from another country. It is what a portal cannot copy.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

So that AI names you when someone asks where to live in Valencia

More and more people ask an assistant before they search: “which neighbourhood suits me if I work at the Technology Park and want to live nearby?”. We work so that your agency is one of the answers, and every month we measure which questions you appear in and which you still do not.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

Your Google profile, one per office and with the place name

Someone searching “inmobiliaria en Paterna” or “estate agent in Valencia” decides using the map. We create and look after your Google Business Profile, with reviews, photos and replies, so that it appears on the map of its area. If you have one office in the capital and another on the coast, each one gets its own.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in the province of Valencia

  • It depends on who buys from you. Almost always Spanish and English, each with its own address. Valencian adds value when your client is local and searches that way. We decide by looking at what people type in each area, not out of habit.

  • No. One per place, with the name most searched in each language and the other one inside the text. Two pages for the same thing compete with each other and Google does not know which one to show.

  • Your Google profile talks about Paterna, because Google ties it to a physical premises, and your website has a page for each town where you sell. That way you appear on the map of your area and also in the searches for the other towns.

  • Yes. Whoever searches for a home in Requena or Xàtiva knows very well what they want and there are fewer advertisers. A tidy website and a well-kept Google profile may be enough to start.

  • Every month we run the questions a buyer would ask, by neighbourhood and by town, and note which ones your agency comes up in and which ones another agency does. With that we decide which guide to write and which page to strengthen.

  • It is the first thing seen by someone searching from a phone who decides using the map. With reviews, photos and replies kept up to date, the profile puts you in front of the buyer in your neighbourhood. We explain it in our article about the Google profile.
