Alicante is searched for in many ways: by area, by town and in every language. Your website has to understand them all

Thirty towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants add up to 1,660,122 people, and the coast also draws buyers from other countries. A single page that says “Alicante” reaches none of them. We tidy the technical side of your website, write the content for each area and work so that AI names you. You see how many calls arrive.

One province, several names for the same place

Someone typing “Xàbia” and someone typing “Jávea” want the same house

Here the towns have two names and each buyer uses the one they know: Alacant and Alicante, Elx and Elche, Dénia and Denia, Alcoi and Alcoy, la Vila Joiosa and Villajoyosa. Add the English of whoever buys from abroad and there are three ways to search for the same place. If your website answers only one, another agency takes the other two.

The province is also two markets that hardly touch. The coast lives on second homes and foreign buyers. The interior, from Alcoy to Elda, lives on families who are there all year round. When your website keeps one apart from the other with a clear structure, Google knows whom to show you to, and you move closer to being the reference in your area. This is how we work on each destination:

Costa Blanca 17 towns Someone typing “Costa Blanca” has not chosen a town yet. This page catches them, splits them between the north and the south of the coastline and leads them to the municipality that fits what they want. Alicante Alicante A capital and a port, with neighbourhoods searched for by name: Playa de San Juan, Albufereta, Santa Cruz, Benalúa. One page per neighbourhood, with what people ask there, so the portal does not beat you. Elche Alicante A big city of everyday housing, with the Palmeral in the middle and Arenales del Sol on the coast. They are two different searches and each needs its own page, also for whoever types “Elx”. Torrevieja Alicante Buyers type almost everything in English: apartment, bungalow, “near the beach”. One page per area, with the English clearly marked, and a guide for whoever buys from another country and does not know the place. Orihuela Alicante Two searches inside one municipality: the city of the orchards and the old town, and Orihuela Costa with La Zenia and Cabo Roig. If you mix them, Google does not know whom to show each one to. Benidorm Alicante A lot of apartments and a lot of tourist searches. The content separates whoever buys to live or to invest from whoever is only looking for a place to sleep, with a guide to each beach and each district. Alcoy Alicante An inland city where people search like neighbours: “flat in Alcoy”, “house near the centre”. The text speaks to whoever lives there all year, and the Google listing weighs more than languages do. San Vicente del Raspeig Alicante Right next to Alicante and to the university, it draws searches from families and from people coming to study. A page of its own, which does not compete with Alicante's, with what a neighbour asks before moving. Elda Alicante The footwear city, with Petrer right beside it, and a market of Vinalopó neighbours. A page that speaks about its districts in their own language and a well-kept Google listing.
  • Marina AltaDénia, Jávea and Calpe. Buyers from several countries and towns spelled in two ways. Your website needs one address per language and a guide to each town.
  • Marina BaixaBenidorm, Altea, Villajoyosa, Alfaz del Pi and La Nucía, all close together. Without well separated pages, Google mixes them up and your website competes against itself.
  • L'AlacantíAlicante, El Campello and San Vicente del Raspeig. City and metropolitan searches, with named neighbourhoods and a Google listing for each office.
  • Vega BajaTorrevieja, Orihuela, Guardamar, Rojales and Pilar de la Horadada. Searches in English, new builds and residential estates: a structure by area and pages designed for whoever arrives from abroad.
  • Baix VinalopóElche and Santa Pola: a city of everyday housing and a coast with salt flats and a harbour. They are searched for very differently and should not share a page.
  • The interior: Alcoià and the VinalopóAlcoy, Elda and their surroundings. Less volume and more intent: the neighbour looking for a home and the owner who wants to value one. Neighbourhood content and a Google listing as the front door.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

Every town, every name and every language, with its own address

Google reads addresses, not front pages. We build a structure where Alicante and Alacant, Elche and Elx, and the English of whoever buys from abroad are understood without repeated pages. We look after speed on the phone of whoever browses from another country and fix whatever makes Google penalise you today.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

One guide per area, written by someone who knows it

The Marina Alta is not described like the Vega Baja. We write, under your name, what a buyer asks before calling: how to get there from Alicante-Elche airport, what changes between living on the coast or inland, what to know before buying from another country. It is what a portal cannot copy.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

AI recommends you when someone asks which town to live in

More and more buyers ask an assistant before they search: “which town in Alicante suits me if I work remotely and want the beach close?”. We work so that your agency is one of the answers and we measure which questions you appear in and which not yet.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

Your Google listing, one for each office

Someone searching “inmobiliaria en Elche” or “estate agent Torrevieja” decides with the map. We create and look after your Google Business Profile listing, with reviews, photos and replies, so that it appears among the first. If you have an office on the coast and one inland, each one gets its own.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in the province of Alicante

  • One for each municipality where you sell and another for each area the buyer names. A single page for the province does not answer whoever searches Jávea or whoever searches Alcoy. What matters is that they are not repeated texts with another name: each one speaks about what people ask there.

  • An English version with its own address, written for the buyer and not translated word for word. It is marked so that Google shows each version to whoever understands it. On the coast, guides and listings are in English from the start and, if your usual buyer is from another country, in their language.

  • Google usually understands that Xàbia and Jávea are the same place, but people type one or the other depending on their language. In each version we use the name searched for most and leave the other inside the text, without forcing it.

  • It does, because whoever searches in Alcoy or Elda has a very clear intent. There is less volume and less competition, and a well-built website with a well-kept Google listing may be enough to start. Also, the owner who types “how much is my house worth” reaches you before a portal.

  • Every month we run the questions a buyer would ask in each area and note in which ones your agency appears and in which another one does. With that we decide which guide to write and which page to reinforce.

  • Each office gets its own, with its address and its opening hours, because Google ties it to a physical premises. What we do is make each listing speak about the municipality where it is and appear on the map of its area. We explain it in our article on the Google listing.
