In the Valencian Community every place has two names, and each buyer types their own

Alicante or Alacant, Jávea or Xàbia, Castellón or Castelló: people search one way or the other, in Spanish, in English or in other languages. We handle in the background the technical side, the content of each town and the optimisation for AI, so that your website answers all those searches.

  • Lluís Jiménez, Senior SEO at Landing Agency Lluís's AI assistant (Senior SEO)

Build authority with content in your voice

I have trained it with everything I know about real estate SEO and GEO. Talk to it as you would talk to me.

  • How many people are looking for a home in your area

See how many people search every month to buy, sell or rent in your area, and what they type into Google.

  • Own your search in AI

Three provinces, three coasts and one search engine

One website for three markets that are not searched the same way

The Valencian Community has 79 towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants, which together add up to 4,206,258 people according to the INE. On the coast of Alicante, many buyers from abroad type in English and in other northern European languages. In the city of Valencia people search in Spanish and by neighbourhood. In Castellón searches are fewer and almost always carry the name of the town.

Nobody types “estate agent in the Valencian Community”. They type “villa en Jávea”, “piso en Ruzafa” or “apartments in Torrevieja”. That is why we build one page per town and per language, and link them so that Google understands what you sell and where. The solution for international clients explains how we do it for those who buy from abroad.

  • Marina AltaDenia, Jávea and Calpe are searched by village, by sea view and in several languages. With its own page for each one, your website stops competing against itself.
  • Marina BaixaBenidorm, Altea and Villajoyosa are not searched the same way: an apartment near the beach in one, a house with views in another. Each search needs its own page, not a single listing.
  • Vega BajaTorrevieja, Orihuela, Rojales and Guardamar del Segura get searches in English asking about services, transport and the airport. A page per town answers that.
  • La SaforGandía, Oliva and Tavernes de la Valldigna are searched as a beach house and as a second home. It is local content that a generic website does not write.
  • Plana AltaCastellón de la Plana, Benicasim and Almazora are searched by name and in Spanish. A page per town and a carefully kept Google profile are a good starting point.
  • Baix MaestratVinaroz and Benicarló are neighbours and are searched almost the same way. Each one needs its own page, with its own text, so that Google does not confuse them.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

Each town with its own address, and each language with its own

We organise the website so that Google understands what you sell and where: one page for the Marina Alta, another for each village of the Vega Baja, another for the neighbourhoods of Valencia. We look after addresses, titles, speed and versions in English and in other languages, and we make it clear that Alicante and Alacant are the same city.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

What is asked in Xàbia is not what is asked in Ruzafa

Each town has its own questions: in Altea, whether you can live there all year or only in summer; in Torrevieja, how to reach the airport; in Valencia, which neighbourhood is a walk from the beach. We answer them under your name and link them to the rest of your website.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

Let AI cite you when someone asks about living on the Costa Blanca

Someone thinking of moving asks an AI which town in Alicante suits them if they work remotely, which one is near an international school, where you can live without a car. We work so that ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity cite your agency in those answers, and every month we measure in which ones you appear.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

Your Google profile for each office, from Alicante to Castellón

Each office needs its own Google Business Profile, with an address, photos and answered reviews. On the map it is decided who receives the call from someone searching “inmobiliaria cerca de mí” or “estate agent near me”. Here is a guide to looking after your profile.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in the Valencian Community

  • With a page that uses both forms and links to the rest of your website. Google understands they are the same place if you tell it properly: in the title, in the text and in your Google profile. We review it town by town, starting where you sell the most.

  • No. A single well-organised domain with its own pages for each market is enough. The coast gets versions in several languages and the city gets texts by neighbourhood. They share the website, but not the text: each page says something different about its place.

  • The ones used by whoever writes to you today. Start with English and add those you see in your contacts and your analytics. Each language gets complete pages and its own address, and you do not have to translate everything on day one: you start with what is searched most.

  • Yes. Someone thinking of selling types “sell my house in Elche” before calling anyone. A page that answers that search puts you in front of them before they choose an agency. It is the first step to winning property owners, and it works the same in a big city as in a small town.

  • In part, yes. The portals appear, but so do well-kept agency websites, and those are yours. The aim is that yours describes Benidorm better than a listing and keeps bringing visits when you stop paying.

  • Yes. There are fewer searches, but those in a small town are very specific. They are handled with a few well-made pages and your Google profile. Before proposing anything we examine your website and your market.
