In the Valencian Community there are searches of every kind, and only a few end in a call

“Apartamento en Benidorm” is typed by someone buying and by someone booking a week of holiday. We choose the searches that bring buyers and owners, leave out the rest and show you what each call has cost.

  • Get calls from people searching right now

Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

  • What a click costs in your area

See what is paid today on Google for the property searches that name your area.

  • Every euro, explained

Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.

Valencian Community, budget by budget

The money is split by province, by language and by type of buyer

In Alicante, a good part of the demand from outside Spain searches in English and with words such as “villa”, “apartment” or “new build”. In the city of Valencia people write in Spanish, by neighbourhood, and many agencies advertise on the same words. In Castellón the volume is smaller and the searches are more specific. Putting all three in a single campaign means paying the same for markets that are nothing alike.

Each market gets its own budget, its own ads and its own landing page. The campaign for the owner who wants to sell is kept separate, as we explain in the solution for winning property owners. With 79 towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants, splitting the money well is what separates a campaign that spends from one that brings calls.

1/4 Google Search · keywords

Someone typing “apartamento en Torrevieja” may be buying or looking for a week at the beach

We separate what weighs heavily on a tourist coast: weekly rentals, seasonal apartments, summer jobs and portals. We keep the searches of people thinking of buying, in Spanish and in English, and every week we read what people typed before they clicked.

2/4 Valuation campaigns

What is my home worth: the owner's question, answered by you

Someone thinking of selling types “valorar mi casa” or “how much is my villa worth”. Your valuation ad appears, they request it in a minute and we alert your phone. You reach the owner who lives in the city and the foreigner who lives here all year before they call another agency.

3/4 Remarketing · YouTube and Display

Someone who saw your villa in Denia on a trip and is thinking it over back home

Many coastal buyers see homes on a holiday and decide weeks later. While they decide, we remind them of the property they saw on your website, on YouTube, in Gmail or on the sites they read, and we stop showing it once they have contacted you.

4/4 Measurement and conversions

Every call logged, from the coast of Alicante to the capital

We measure every call and every form, and match them with your viewings and your sales. That shows whether the Costa Blanca, the city of Valencia or Castellón pays off more, and every month we move the money to the place that brings clients, not the one that brings more clicks.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in the Valencian Community

  • One per market, not per map. The coast of Alicante in English, Valencia city in Spanish and Castellón on its own have separate budgets, because they are searched with different words and compete against different advertisers. We start where you already close the most sales.

  • With a list of excluded searches that is refined every week: those with “holiday let” or “alquiler de temporada”, weekly apartments and the names of portals. On a tourist coast they weigh a lot and have to be cut from day one.

  • Not all at once. We look at which countries your enquiries already come from and start with the language that writes to you most, almost always English. Each new language gets its own ads and landing page: a click that lands on a site it does not understand is paid for and lost.

  • Yes, with a separate valuation campaign and a short form. In a big city there are usually more agencies advertising, which is why we adjust every week which searches are worth reaching: sometimes a neighbourhood one pays off more than a general one.

  • We set up a campaign just for that development, with its own budget, landing page and tracking. When it ends, you know what each viewing cost you and can decide whether to repeat it.

  • With the first data you see which searches bring calls and which only bring clicks, and the money is reallocated every month. Before proposing a figure we look at what is paid per click in your area today.
