In Cantabria you have to pay for the buyer and not for whoever comes on holiday

Cantabria is also searched for as a holiday destination: places to stay, routes, beaches. You need whoever wants a home or wants to sell theirs. We choose those searches, leave out the rest and tell you what each call costs you.

  • Get calls from people searching right now

Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

  • What a click costs in your area

See what is paid today on Google for the property searches that name your area.

  • Every euro, explained

Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.

Cantabria searches

Here the same word serves the tourist and the buyer

“House in Comillas” is typed by someone who wants to rent for a week and by someone who wants to buy for the summers. “Apartment in Noja”, the same. That is the challenge: telling apart whoever wants a stay from whoever wants a home. Holiday rentals, campsites, country cottages and “what to see in” are cut from day one, and we pay for the searches that carry a type of home, a town and a purchase.

There are two more searches that deserve a campaign of their own: the owner in El Sardinero, Castro-Urdiales or Camargo who wonders what their home is worth, and the heir who lives in Madrid and does not know what to do with the house in the village. We explain it in winning property owners. This is how the account is split:

Santander Cantabria 175,425 inhabitants and demand that mixes year-round housing with second homes. Ads by area, with “flat in El Sardinero” kept apart from “flat in the centre”, and a valuation for the owner thinking of selling. Torrelavega Cantabria 51,796 inhabitants in the Besaya. Buying to live carries the weight here, and rental searches are not paid for. The valuation campaign targets the resident who wants to change home without leaving the city. Castro-Urdiales Cantabria 33,450 inhabitants and a search that also comes from Vizcaya. Ads that name Castro-Urdiales, with the listing one tap away on the phone, for whoever looks at a weekend home or wants to move. Camargo Cantabria 30,577 inhabitants right next to the capital: whoever searches in Camargo compares prices with Santander. Ads carrying the name of Maliaño, Muriedas or the municipality itself, and an instant alert if someone asks for a valuation. Piélagos Cantabria 26,901 inhabitants with houses with gardens and the coast at Liencres. Campaigns with “villa” or “house with garden” and the name of the village, not “Piélagos” alone, which attracts searches of every kind. El Astillero Cantabria 18,448 inhabitants in the south of the bay. A small, finely tuned budget: few words, all for buying, and a valuation campaign for the resident who wants to sell without leaving El Astillero.
  • Santander and the bayBudget by area: El Sardinero, the centre and the municipalities of the bay are not paid for equally and do not share the same landing page.
  • Holiday coastComillas, Noja, Suances and Laredo: this is where the tourist and the buyer overlap most. Here the list of excluded words is the longest and the most reviewed.
  • Castro-Urdiales and the eastThe buyer who comes from Vizcaya searches with the name of the town and with “near Bilbao”. Ads carrying that reference and a landing page that explains how to get here.
  • Inland and mountainsReinosa, Potes and the Pasiego valleys: stone and mountain homes. Small campaigns, with few but very clear searches, which we review by hand every week.
1/4 Google Search · keywords

You pay for whoever wants a home, not for whoever looks for somewhere to sleep

Tourism fills the searches about Cantabria, and that click does not buy. We group the words by town, type of home and buying or selling, and leave out holiday rentals, campsites, country cottages and “what to see”. Every week we review the real searches that triggered your ads and set aside the ones that only spend.

2/4 Valuation campaigns

The owner who wants to know what their home is worth, from here or from Madrid

Someone unsure about selling types “how much is my house in Santander worth” or “sell inherited house in Cantabria”. Your ad appears, they request the valuation in a moment and the alert reaches your phone. You also reach the owner who lives in another city and has a holiday home here that they barely use.

3/4 Remarketing · YouTube and Display

The buyer who saw the home from their own city and did not call

Someone planning a home by the sea compares for months, from Madrid, Burgos or Bilbao. We remind them of the listing they opened, on YouTube, in Gmail and on the sites they read, for as long as their decision lasts and no longer.

4/4 Measurement and conversions

You know which ad carries your month

Every call and every form that comes from an ad is recorded and compared with the viewings you did and the homes you closed. That way you see which campaign brings clients: the buying one in the bay, the valuation one in Castro-Urdiales or the one on the western coast. And the money moves towards that one.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in Cantabria

  • With a list of words that are excluded from day one (holiday rental, campsite, country cottage, apartment by the week, “what to see”) and a weekly review of the real searches. Besides, the ad talks about buying and the type of home, so the tourist does not even click.

  • Yes, with a tight budget: few words, all for buying or valuations, and a single landing page. In a municipality of 18,448 inhabitants every call counts, and we measure what it costs you.

  • Yes. The ad reaches whoever searches from those cities and names the village or the coast you are interested in. The landing page explains how to get here and what living here is like, not where your office is.

  • There are few searches, but very clear ones. We advertise by type of home and by town, with words such as “beachfront” or “sea views”, and a landing page with large photos. Each click weighs more than in a campaign for flats.

  • Yes, with a campaign of its own. That owner types “sell inherited house” or “how much is a house in Suances worth”, and wants someone to take care of everything. The ad says you will handle it, and the form asks for the minimum.

  • No, they complement each other. Ads work as soon as they are switched on and you pay per click; real estate SEO is slower and keeps bringing searches without paying for each one. Ads cover the ones you do not yet win.
