In Gran Canaria a search can be a neighbourhood in Las Palmas or a beach in the south, and your website has to know how to read both
Having a website is not enough: you need a page for Vegueta and another for San Agustín, each speaking the way people search there. We take care of the technical side, the content, the map and getting AI to cite you, area by area.

Ten towns, 789,894 inhabitants and three ways of searching for a home: the capital, the south and the east
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has 381,868 residents, almost half of what the island’s ten towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants add up to, and it is searched by neighbourhood: Vegueta, Triana, Las Canteras, Ciudad Jardín, Tafira. In the south, Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés or San Agustín are typed in English, German or a Nordic language, with “bungalow” or “apartment” first. Telde, Vecindario or Ingenio are searched as what they are: homes for families from the island.
A website that puts all of that in a single list wins none of the three. You need a page with content of its own for each area where you sell, linked together and, for whoever buys from abroad, in their language, as our solution for international clients explains. This is how the work is split by town:
- The capitalLas Palmas is a city of neighbourhoods with an urban beach, a port and a university. A map of pages by neighbourhood, linked together.
- Tourist southSan Bartolomé de Tirajana and Mogán, with Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, Meloneras and Puerto de Mogán. Searches in several languages and by type of home.
- East and southeastTelde, Ingenio, Agüimes and Santa Lucía: family housing and a quiet coast, with searches by village. A section of its own, not that of the tourist south.
- NorteArucas and Gáldar, with their old towns, their fincas and their small beaches. Village guides and an up-to-date Google listing.
A website organised by municipality, by neighbourhood and by type of home
We organise the island the way the buyer searches for it: the capital by neighbourhood, the south by resort and type of home, the east and the north by village. Addresses, titles and links follow that logic, the site loads fast on a weak signal and a home that has sold stops appearing, so that Google understands each area and does not find repeated pages.
Guides written by someone who knows Vegueta and Meloneras too
What is bought next to Las Canteras and what someone viewing a flat in Ciudad Jardín asks, what sets a bungalow in Playa del Inglés apart from an apartment in San Agustín, what life is like in Arucas or in Agüimes. Pieces with your signature and real data, linked to the rest of your website.
Let AI name you when people ask where to live if they are moving to the island
Someone thinking of moving to Gran Canaria often asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity about neighbourhoods, schools or quiet areas before writing to anyone. We work so that the answer cites your agency, in Spanish and in the languages of your buyers, and every month we check in which questions you appear.
The Google map, office by office, from the Las Canteras promenade to Playa del Inglés
Someone looking for an estate agent while out walking opens the map on their phone. The listing comes up with real photos, opening hours and reviews answered in the language of whoever left them, as we explain in the guide to your Google listing. One listing per office, kept up to date.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in Gran Canaria
-
Yes, with content of its own for the south: pages on Maspalomas or San Agustín with what is asked there, in the language of whoever buys, and a Google listing that shows the area where you work. Google needs to see that you know the place, not just that you name it.
-
One per area where you sell and one per type of home that has demand, and no more. The aim is not to fill the website with similar pages, but to have those that answer a real search. We start with the areas that sell you most.
-
If it is the one they type, yes: it is used the way the buyer writes it and the listing itself explains what it is, for whoever does not know. The same goes for “chalet” and for other names of homes that mean different things in each area.
-
We look at which questions they appear in and why: they are usually the ones with clear guides, data on the area and reviews. We work so that your website has what an AI looks for when it cites: clear information, real data about the place and customer opinions.
-
Yes: they are small, very specific searches, and they are won by whoever has a page that explains the area. A guide to Arucas or Gáldar with real data and a well-kept Google listing put you on the path of whoever searches there.
-
Yes, with the check on this very page: you enter your website and see where a buyer finds you today. It is the starting point for deciding which areas to tackle first, and for becoming the go-to agency in your area.
