In the Region of Murcia people search by town, and your website has to exist in each one

Someone buying in the capital does not compare the same things as someone looking at a home by the Mar Menor or in Lorca. We take care of the technical side, the content and the AI optimisation, so that your agency shows up in every corner of the region where you sell.

How people search in the region

One region with three markets that are not searched the same way

The Region of Murcia has 24 towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants and three ways of looking at a home. In the capital and around it, families who work in the city look for a flat or townhouse near the huerta, the market-garden plain. On the coast, demand looks at the sea and often arrives from another country and in another language. And in the Guadalentín Valley, around Lorca, people look for a home to live in all year round.

Google does not reward a website that says everything on one page. It rewards the one with an address for each town, a page for each area the buyer names and a complete version in each language. That way, where you already sell, you become the reference in your area, and that authority spreads to the rest. This is how the region is organised:

Costa Cálida 7 towns Seven municipalities searched for by the sea in front of them and not by the name of the district. It is where English weighs most in searches and where a website with a complete version in other languages is most needed. Murcia Region of Murcia 479,405 inhabitants and the largest market in the region. It is searched by neighbourhood and by outlying district, and that is where area guides that a portal does not write win: schools, transport links and what is bought in the huerta. Cartagena Region of Murcia 220,704 inhabitants, with a port, an old town and, within its boundaries, the Mar Menor coast and La Manga. It needs one page for the city and another for each stretch of coast, so that Google does not mix them up. Lorca Region of Murcia 98,969 inhabitants and an enormous municipal area, with an old town, countryside and surrounding district. People here look for a home to live in all year round, and a well-kept Google profile puts you on the map before someone who only has portals. Molina de Segura Region of Murcia 78,458 inhabitants at the gates of Murcia. Many searches come from people who work in the capital and want more space: a page comparing Molina with the city answers exactly that doubt. Alcantarilla Region of Murcia 43,876 inhabitants, right next to Murcia. Whoever searches here wants to know what changes compared with living in the capital, and a guide of its own on that comparison ranks without competing with the portals. Torre-Pacheco Region of Murcia 41,479 inhabitants in the Campo de Cartagena, with Roldán, Balsicas, Dolores de Pacheco and golf resorts. The buyer from abroad and the long-time resident look for different things, and two pages are needed.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

One domain, one address per town and none that overlap

We structure your website so that Google tells Murcia from Molina de Segura and Cartagena from La Manga. Each town has its own address, each language its complete version and each home listing hangs from the area the buyer names. We also fix the duplicate listings and broken links that take strength away from everything else.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

Area guides that a portal does not write

We write what the buyer needs to know before calling: how living in the huerta compares with living by the Mar Menor, what changes between Cartagena and Lorca, what daily life is like in each coastal town. They are published under your name, and mentions in regional media add authority beyond your website.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

Have ChatGPT name you when people ask about the region

Someone planning a move does not search: they ask. “Which area of Murcia suits me if I want to live near the sea with schools nearby” ends up in ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity. We structure your texts so those answers cite you, and we measure which ones you appear in.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

A Google profile in every city where you have an office

When someone types “estate agent near me” from Lorca, Molina or Cartagena, the map decides. We optimise your Google Business Profile, keep it alive with photos, posts and replies to reviews, and measure which calls come from it. Here we explain how it is done.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in the Region of Murcia

  • By starting with the town where you already close the most sales. When that page ranks, internal linking passes authority to the others, so there is no need to attack the whole region at once.

  • Almost nobody searches by region: people search by town or by area. That page gathers and links to the towns, and the heavy work goes into each of them.

  • You do not compete on the number of listings, you compete on knowledge. A guide comparing the neighbourhoods of Murcia with what you have seen in your own sales is not written by a portal, and it brings the visits to your site and not to theirs.

  • If you sell on the coast, yes. The buyer searching from abroad needs each listing in their language and with its own address. We explain it in international clients.

  • You can, if you have sales or real knowledge of that area. The content has to prove it with specific cases, with the prices you have seen and the streets you have walked; otherwise Google treats it as filler.

  • No, it complements it. SEO brings calls steadily without paying for each one, and Google ads cover the searches you have not yet won.
