A Catalan agency's website is read in three languages and has to look the same in all three

An owner in Sarrià looks at your website before entrusting you with their home, and a buyer from another country before booking a flight. We design a website worthy of your homes, built for the phone and with a clear path to contact, whether in Catalan, Spanish or English.

  • Your homes, full screen

Large photos, well arranged and with no text over them. The property is shown as it deserves before anyone visits it.

  • Made for mobile

Your clients get to know you from their phone. Everything can be read without zooming and requesting a viewing is always one tap away.

  • With your identity, not a template

Your typography, your colour and your way of speaking on every page. We design it with you, page by page.

Catalonia, screen by screen

From a flat in Barcelona to a farmhouse in the Empordà, the website must change tone without losing the brand

A Catalan agency sells very different things: neighbourhood flats, coastal houses with views, farmhouses with land. A website that treats them all alike ends up showing them badly. The buyer in Barcelona wants to see the neighbourhood and the metro at once; the one from abroad, the view and the distance to the beach; the one in the interior, the land and the drive. Design decides what is seen first in each case.

And all in three languages: the language selector is visible from the first screen, and each language reads as if it had been written in it, with the same brand and the same care. If buyers from other countries also reach you, we go into it in our international clients solution.

Barcelona 68 towns A first screen that reads with one hand and in a hurry, on the metro or the train. Few things: a photo of a home, a clear headline with the neighbourhood and a single button to call you. Girona 11 towns The website of the buyer deciding from another country: listings with a large gallery, a map of the area and the contact button always in view, in the language they arrive in. Lleida 4 towns A sober website for Lleida and its district, with your team with names and faces, your sales near the owner and a three-field form. Tarragona 13 towns Two websites in one: the flat to live in Tarragona or Reus and the apartment by the beach. The design lets people choose from the start what they are after, so each reaches their listing without going round in circles. Maresme 10 towns Houses with a garden and views for families from Barcelona: listings that show the trip to the train and the beach, and a gallery that starts with what decides the family. Ten municipalities, each with its own page. Garraf 4 towns Sitges asks for a website with image: large photography, little text and careful typography. In Vilanova i la Geltrú and Cubelles the design changes register without ceasing to look like the same agency. Costa Brava 6 towns The website of villas and stone houses: a cover video, listings with the view at full screen and a language selector visible from the first second. Costa Dorada 8 towns Apartments and developments with floor plans and sea views: listings that show what is being bought (square metres, terrace, distance to the beach) and contact always to hand for those who come on holiday.
1/4 Property listings

A listing that does the viewing before the viewing, in the language of whoever looks

A large gallery, the details that matter at a glance (square metres, bedrooms, terrace, distance to the beach or the train), a map of the area and the contact button always to hand. In a coastal home the gallery starts with the view; in a Barcelona flat, with the living room and the street. The buyer arrives at the viewing with the home already in their head.

2/4 Design for mobile

The first phone screen decides whether they stay, whatever their language

On a phone only the essentials fit: a photo that commands attention, a headline with the area and a button. The Catalan, Spanish and English selector is in view from there, not hidden in a menu. After that, each block appears at the pace at which the visitor decides.

3/4 Brand identity

Let it show that it is your agency, not one more Catalan template

Your typeface, your colours and your way of speaking, applied on every page and in every language. An agency in the upper part of Barcelona and one at a cove on the Costa Brava do not look alike, and neither do their websites. A generic website is forgotten when it is closed; yours has to resemble how you welcome people at the office.

4/4 Contact forms

A form that gets filled in, even from a foreign phone

We ask for just enough to call: name, phone number and which home interests them, already filled in. The phone field accepts prefixes from other countries, and the rest (budget, timing, whether they sell) is talked about on the call. Every extra field is someone leaving halfway.

We already do it for agencies like yours

    Winning apartment listings with Ads

I have been investing in Ads with Landing Agency for a few months to win apartment listings. The truth is the result has been very good, and above all the follow-up from the team. 100% recommended.

Frequently asked questions about web design in Catalonia

  • With one design and three versions of the text. The language selector always sits in the same place, the listings keep their order and the brand does not change. What changes is the language and, when it helps, the order of a block: the buyer from abroad sees the view before the neighbourhood.

  • It depends on who arrives. If your client is the family from Barcelona, the municipality and how to reach the train first; if it is the buyer from abroad, the home and the beach. We design the front page for the search that matters most to you and leave the rest one scroll further down.

  • Yes, without ceasing to be one brand. They share typeface, colours and manner, and vary the photos, the order of the listing and the tone of the headline. Coastal listings talk about views and inland ones about land and quiet.

  • You can start, and we tell you which to replace first: the cover photo and those of the most expensive homes. A weak photo shows on a carefully designed website, and even more on a luxury home. We help you prepare the shoot so it is not done twice.

  • Because much of the buyer arrives from abroad. Corredor Mató, an agency in Begur, Tamariu and the Baix Empordà, receives 3 in every 10 of its Google clicks from outside Spain, and that buyer reaches the website before the phone. That is why the front page has to speak their language.

  • Yes: design decides what is seen, and the connection to the CRM is made afterwards or at the same time with our development service. If your listings already live in the CRM, we design the listing around the data you already have.
