Your website is the first thing a buyer sees who has not yet set foot on the Costa Brava

They look from their own country, on their phone, and within seconds decide whether to write to you. We look after what they see first: the home page, the listings, the brand and the form, so that they stay and call you.

  • Your homes, full screen

Large photos, well arranged and with no text over them. The property is shown as it deserves before anyone visits it.

  • Made for mobile

Your clients get to know you from their phone. Everything can be read without zooming and requesting a viewing is always one tap away.

  • With your identity, not a template

Your typography, your colour and your way of speaking on every page. We design it with you, page by page.

What is seen before arriving

Six villages that do not look alike: your website has to say which one is yours

Lloret de Mar is city and rhythm, Calella de Palafrugell a quiet seaside village and Roses an open bay. The buyer senses it before arriving, and expects your website to have the same tone as the place where you sell. A template design levels everything out and does not say where you are from.

We start from the phone: a large photo of the house, a short headline and a single button. If your buyers come from abroad, language is part of the design and not a translator laid on top, as our solution for international clients explains. This is how we approach each municipality:

Lloret de Mar Girona A large city, with very different houses and apartments. The website separates “to live in” from “for holidays” from the first screen, with listings that show the distance to the beach and to services. Blanes Girona The home page plays with the sea and the journey to Barcelona. The listings put the station and the promenade on the map, because whoever decides to live here compares minutes. Palafrugell Girona Each village, a screen with its own tone: Calella, Llafranc and Tamariu are not shown the same way. Wide photos of the pine wood and the cove, and a website that sounds like a well-kept home. Sant Feliu de Guíxols Girona A website for a city with a harbour: the listings show street, flat and sea, and the design serves both the buyer who lives nearby and the one who decides from afar. Roses Girona Bay and border. The website opens with the whole sea and with the language selector in view, because some of those looking at Roses read in French. Palamós Girona The harbour as a calling card. A large gallery with the harbour and the beach, and a short, tidy listing for whoever compares apartments.
1/4 Property listings

A listing that shows the sea before the list of square metres

A large gallery, a map with the village and the cove, and the data that matters at first glance. On a coastal house it opens with the view; on a flat in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, with the street and the promenade. The contact button never hides behind a menu.

2/4 Design for mobile

The first screen, designed for someone looking with one hand

Someone looking from a terrace, a train or an airport has little patience. The first screen carries a photo that commands attention, a clear headline and a button, and the rest waits below for whoever wants to carry on.

3/4 Brand identity

Let it show which village you are from, not that you bought a template

Your typeface, your colours and your way of speaking, on every page. An agency in Palafrugell sounds different from one in Blanes, and whoever looks at the website should notice it before reading the name.

4/4 Contact forms

A short form, with a phone number from any country

Four details and it is sent: name, phone, language and the house they are looking at, which arrives filled in. The phone field accepts any prefix, so that someone writing from Amsterdam or Toulouse does not have to guess how to enter their number. Everything else is asked on the call.

    Winning apartment listings with Ads

I have been investing in Ads with Landing Agency for a few months to win apartment listings. The truth is the result has been very good, and above all the follow-up from the team. 100% recommended.

Frequently asked questions about web design on the Costa Brava

  • Yes, above all for homes to live in all year round. A village with photos of August only looks like a postcard, not a place to live. One or two images from another time of year tell the buyer that life goes on when the visitors leave.

  • By what the buyer decides: the first thing they see is the type of house they are looking for, not a search box loaded with filters. Two or three clear entrances (“live all year”, “second home”, “villas with views”) and the search behind them.

  • The version in their language is offered, but without forcing it: a visible selector lets them switch with one tap. Each version has its own address, so someone coming from an ad in French lands straight on the listing in French.

  • Yes, in their place: a shot of the bay or the cove says it all in a second. But they are heavy, so we adapt them so that the home page opens quickly on a phone and the effect is not lost.

  • With what you know about the place: the map of your sales, your Google reviews and texts that tell what living there is like. That is what gives confidence to the owner who does not know you yet.

  • The houses you sell, how you show them and who you are. A well-kept listing tells them how you will treat theirs, and a neglected website tells them the opposite.
