Someone coming back from Barcelona on the train browses homes on their phone: the first screen decides whether they carry on

With a phone in one hand and a few minutes to their stop, nobody reads much. We design the first screen, the listings, the brand and the form so that, by the time they reach their stop, they already know who to call.

  • Your homes, full screen

Large photos, well arranged and with no text over them. The property is shown as it deserves before anyone visits it.

  • Made for mobile

Your clients get to know you from their phone. Everything can be read without zooming and requesting a viewing is always one tap away.

  • With your identity, not a template

Your typography, your colour and your way of speaking on every page. We design it with you, page by page.

The Maresme, screen by screen

The same website is opened by the local resident, the family from Barcelona and the buyer from far away

In the Maresme a website speaks to three people at once. The resident of Mataró or Premià de Mar wants to see that you are from here before trusting you with their flat. The family from Barcelona compares towns and needs to see, without searching, where the train is and where the beach is. And the buyer from another country, above all in the north of the coast, has to understand what it is about even without mastering the language.

We design starting with the phone, with the photo of the home as the star and a clear path to contact. Catalan and Spanish each have their own complete website, with the same care, and English comes in when your clientele asks for it: it is part of the work with international clients. This is how it looks in each town:

Mataró Barcelona With 131,683 inhabitants, the website has a lot to organise: flats, houses and neighbourhoods. A home page with a simple search and listings that show the neighbourhood first, then the train and what is within walking distance. Pineda de Mar Barcelona The listing for the apartment by the beach starts with the view and with what is reachable on foot: beach, promenade, station. And a clear notice to tell the all-year flat from the holiday one. Premià de Mar Barcelona The buyer from Barcelona wants to see the town before the home. The listing carries a simple map with the station, the beach and the schools, and the first screen shows the town, not just the flat. El Masnou Barcelona A marina, views and a short trip to Barcelona. A first screen with the photo of the sea, a clear headline and a single button, and listings that put the marina and the train on the map. Vilassar de Mar Barcelona A small website for a small town: few pages, good photos and your face. The brand shows more when the town is small, and the form asks only for what is needed to call. Calella Barcelona A listing that stands apart from accommodation websites: no nightly prices or booking calendars, with the air of an agency that sells homes. The first screen says so in a headline. Malgrat de Mar Barcelona A home screen with the sea and the language close at hand: a clear selector in the corner and listings that read equally well in Catalan, Spanish or English. A form with an international phone number. Arenys de Mar Barcelona An old town and a harbour that look good in a large photo. The listing for a house with character starts with the facade and has a gallery you can flick through with your thumb. Canet de Mar Barcelona Modernist facades: the website can take the colour and typography of the houses you sell, so that the brand and the product resemble each other. Listings with more air and less noise. Tordera Barcelona Near the border with Girona, the website has to work for people coming from both sides: language in view, a map of the surroundings and quick listings. The form asks for name, phone and the home, which comes already filled in.
1/4 Property listings

A listing that says where the sea is, where the train is and what is within walking distance

A large gallery, the facts that matter and a simple map with the beach, the station and the centre of the town. It is what the buyer in the Maresme asks themselves before requesting a viewing, and the contact button stays always at hand so nobody has to look for it.

2/4 Design for mobile

The first screen, the one seen standing on the train

It is where they get to know you: a link from an ad, a message or a search. A photo that dominates, a clear headline and a single button, and nothing else getting in the way of someone looking with one hand and a few minutes ahead.

3/4 Brand identity

Let the town where you work show, not a template

Your typography, your colours and your way of speaking, applied on every page. If you work in Canet de Mar, the brand can echo its facades; if you work in El Masnou, its harbour. What matters is that whoever sees you on their phone knows straight away how you work and which town you are from.

4/4 Contact forms

A form that gets filled in on the way home

Name, phone, preferred language and the home they are interested in, which comes already filled in: nothing more. Every extra field is someone who reaches their stop without having sent the form.

Frequently asked questions about web design in the Maresme

  • The language selector is visible on the first screen and each language has its own pages, with the same buttons and the same photos. Catalan is not translated at the last minute: it is designed with the same space as Spanish.

  • With the photos that best represent it: the living room, the terrace, the view and the path to the beach. The listing carries a map with the train, the beach and the town, so that whoever looks knows where it is before the viewing.

  • One design with two messages. The buyer from Barcelona wants to see train, school and town; the one from abroad, beach, airport and what is being bought. The home page separates them at a glance and each follows their own path.

  • One website with a page per town, each with its own photo and text. If the home page tries to talk about ten towns at once, it says nothing about any of them.

  • It should say straight away that you value apartments in their town and offer the form with no steps beforehand. The rest (team, nearby sales) goes below, for whoever wants more reassurance before writing. It is the front door of winning property owners.

  • By looking at what matters to your business: how many people reach the form and the call from their phone, and which listing they look at before writing. If they go up, the design works; if not, it is adjusted.
