In the Maresme many people search for somewhere to spend a few days: your ad should only pay for people looking for a home

The same town name brings the person booking a hotel and the person buying a flat. We choose the buying and valuation searches, write them in Spanish and in Catalan, and tell you what each call has cost.

  • Get calls from people searching right now

Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

  • What a click costs in your area

See what is paid today on Google for the property searches that name your area.

  • Every euro, explained

Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.

What is paid for on each stretch

Ten towns, three clients and a list of words to rule out

The Maresme is searched for by town name, and that name is not always about buying. In Calella, Pineda de Mar or Malgrat de Mar it is also typed by people looking for a hotel, a campsite or an apartment for a few days. If the ad does not filter that out, you pay for the click. In Premià de Mar, El Masnou or Vilassar de Mar there is less noise, but the buyer types in Catalan or in Spanish, and each language needs its own ad.

Three clients share this coast: the family leaving Barcelona to live by the sea, the person who wants an apartment for weekends and the owner who inherits a home and decides to sell. The first we take to the page for their town; the second, to the listing with the sea and the train; and the third, to a valuation, which is a separate campaign, as we explain in winning property owners. This is how it divides between the towns:

Mataró Barcelona A big city, with 131,683 inhabitants: here the buyer searches by neighbourhood and by type of flat. We pay for those words, run a valuation campaign for the neighbourhood's owner and leave out rentals and rooms. Pineda de Mar Barcelona Someone who types “Pineda de Mar” may want a hotel or a campsite. We separate the campaign for a flat to live in from the one for an apartment by the beach, and give the latter a long list of excluded words. Premià de Mar Barcelona One ad in Spanish and another in Catalan for whoever compares this town with El Masnou and Vilassar de Mar. A contained budget, with the train and the school in the text. El Masnou Barcelona Flats with views and near the harbour, for people coming from Barcelona. We bid on “buy flat” and “house” next to the town's name, and look at how many calls come from each ad before adding money. Vilassar de Mar Barcelona A small town where a single campaign is enough: house and flat searches with its name, in both languages, and an ad for the owner who wants to know what their home is worth. Calella Barcelona Here the town's name attracts a lot of tourism. We pay for “buy apartment” and “flat for sale”, and rule out hotel, campsite, rental and “by the week”, which spend money and do not call. Malgrat de Mar Barcelona A long beach and many second-home apartments. Ads in Spanish, Catalan and English for people who want to buy by the beach, with holiday lets left out. Arenys de Mar Barcelona Houses with character and weekends away from Barcelona. A small campaign, with house and area words, adjusted according to what each call costs. Canet de Mar Barcelona Houses with history and modernist heritage. We look for the buyer who types “modernist house” or “house with a garden” next to the town's name, and give that campaign a small budget of its own. Tordera Barcelona A municipality of 19,039 inhabitants on the border with Girona. One campaign in Spanish and Catalan with words for homes to live in all year, and separately the valuation for the owner.
1/4 Google Search · keywords

You pay for “buy a flat in Mataró”, not for “hotel in Calella”

Every week we look at what people typed before clicking. Hotel, campsite, rentals by the week, rooms and seasonal work go on the exclusion list; a town's name next to flat, house or apartment for sale is reinforced, in Spanish and in Catalan.

2/4 Valuation campaigns

The owner who inherits an apartment on the coast and looks up what it is worth

Some holiday apartments pass from parents to children and their owners live in Barcelona. When they look up the price, your valuation ad appears, they request it in a minute and the alert reaches your phone. It is a separate campaign, with its own budget, so that you do not depend on how well selling performs.

3/4 Remarketing · YouTube and Display

Someone who looked at a flat in El Masnou on Saturday sees it again on Tuesday

The buyer from Barcelona sees the home on your website, goes back to their week and almost never calls that day. Later, on YouTube, in Gmail or on the sites they read, they run into the property they looked at again, with the ad in their language, until they decide to call you.

4/4 Measurement and conversions

You know which town brings calls and which only brings clicks

We count every call, every WhatsApp message and every form from the ads, by municipality and by language, and match them with your viewings and sales. If the money in Calella brings less than the money in Premià de Mar, you move it to where it performs.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in the Maresme

  • With words that only a buyer uses (“buy”, “for sale”, “flat”, “house”) next to the town's name, and with a list of exclusions that grows every week with what people really typed: hotel, campsite, rental, per night. Whatever slips through once never costs you money again.

  • In both, in separate campaigns. In Mataró and the southern towns many people search in Catalan; in the north of the coast there are also those who search in English. Each language has its own ad and its own landing page, so you see which one gives you calls.

  • Yes, but with less money at first. We start with Mataró, where you already close deals, test the north with a small campaign and raise the budget where buyer calls come in.

  • You will know after the first few weeks, not before. A town with a lot of tourism does not behave like one that is more about living, which is why we look at the cost per call in each municipality and move the money. We give no figures in advance because they depend on who competes in each area.

  • It works for the owner who is already looking up what their home is worth. Grandiora, a luxury agency in Barcelona and the Maresme, got five times more contacts from owners in 12 months, in 2025, with ads and content designed for the luxury owner. What is closed afterwards, at the viewing, is still up to you.

  • When Google already brings you calls and you also want to reach the owner who is not searching for anything yet. Google picks up whoever is already asking; Meta Ads puts you in front of whoever is not asking yet, and each channel is measured separately.
