In Tarragona people search in three different ways, and each needs its own campaign and its own words

Someone who wants a beach house, someone looking for a flat in Reus and someone selling a village house on the Ebro do not type alike. We separate the searches, leave out anyone who just wants tickets or a week in a hotel and tell you what each call has cost.

  • Get calls from people searching right now

Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

  • What a click costs in your area

See what is paid today on Google for the property searches that name your area.

  • Every euro, explained

Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.

Tarragona, search by search

A coast with a theme park, holiday apartments and thirteen large towns

In Salou, Vila-seca and Cambrils, the word “apartment” serves the person booking a week and the person buying one. If your ads do not tell them apart, you pay for the holiday click. That is why the account is built by area (coast, cities, inland and the Ebro) and starts with a list of excluded words: weekly rentals, hotel, campsite, tickets, jobs and portals.

The other client is the owner. Someone from Barcelona with a flat in Calafell, or a family from Reus who inherits a village house, types “value my flat” before calling anyone. That ad goes in a separate campaign, with its own form and an alert to your phone, and it is the basis of our solution for winning property owners. These are the destinations:

Costa Dorada 8 towns Eight coastal municipalities, from Cunit to Cambrils. Each one gets its own campaign and its own list of excluded words, because “hotel in Salou” and “flat in Salou” are very different clicks and only one brings you calls. Tarragona Tarragona With 143,649 inhabitants, it mixes the person buying to live and the person who wants to know what their flat is worth. Buying ads carry the neighbourhood (the Part Alta, the Serrallo); selling ads carry a valuation that alerts you at once. Reus Tarragona With 111,601 inhabitants, people search “pis a Reus” and “piso en Reus”. One campaign per language, with rentals left out, shows which of the two brings you more calls. El Vendrell Tarragona With 41,133 inhabitants, whoever searches in Coma-ruga does not type like whoever searches in the town centre. We separate beach and town, and leave out summer rentals so that the budget does not go on apartments you are not selling. Cambrils Tarragona With 37,042 inhabitants, a harbour and a food scene that attract visitors. We bid on “buy house” and on the area (Vilafortuny), and the English ad is kept apart from the Catalan and Spanish one. Tortosa Tarragona With 35,997 inhabitants, it is a smaller and more local market: people search “house in Tortosa”, “house with land” or “house in the Delta”. You start with a small budget and raise it only if the calls justify it. Calafell Tarragona With 32,624 inhabitants, it combines the holiday apartment and the all-year flat. The ad for whoever buys in Segur de Calafell carries the beach and the train; the one for the owner who lives in Barcelona carries a valuation one click away. Salou Tarragona With 31,491 inhabitants and PortAventura nearby, “Salou” draws searches for tickets, hotels and rentals. This is where the list of excluded words counts most, and every week we check what was typed before the click. Valls Tarragona With 25,518 inhabitants, it is an inland town where people search for a flat to live in and a house with land nearby. A small campaign in Catalan with the name of the town and of the Alt Camp, and the valuation for whoever plans to sell.
  • TarragonèsTarragona, Salou, Vila-seca, Torredembarra: ads by town, with tourism searches excluded from the first day.
  • Baix CampReus, Cambrils, Mont-roig del Camp: campaigns by language and by area, with Miami Platja kept apart from the city.
  • Baix PenedèsEl Vendrell, Calafell, Cunit: a valuation for the owner in the Barcelona area and a beach-and-train ad for the buyer.
  • Alt Camp and Conca de BarberàValls and Montblanc: one small campaign in Catalan, with houses of character and houses with land.
  • Terres de l'EbreTortosa, Amposta, Sant Carles de la Ràpita: village houses and houses by the Delta, with a budget that grows only if the calls justify it.
  • Priorat and Terra AltaFalset and Gandesa: houses among the vineyards, with the campaign switched on only when there is something to show.
1/4 Google Search · keywords

Every search with a beach's name goes through a filter before it costs you money

“Salou”, “Cambrils” or “La Pineda” are typed as much by people who want a house as by people looking for a hotel or park tickets. We start with a list of excluded words (hotel, campsite, tickets, by the week, jobs, portals) and every week we look at what people typed before clicking, to add whatever slips through.

2/4 Valuation campaigns

The owner in the Barcelona area who is thinking of selling the apartment

Someone who owns an apartment in Calafell or Cunit and lives in the Barcelona area uses it little and sometimes thinks of selling. They search what it is worth, see your ad, fill in three details and you get the alert on your phone at once, so that you can call them before anyone else.

3/4 Remarketing · YouTube and Display

Whoever visited your website in August and is thinking it over until after the summer

A couple from Lleida or Zaragoza sees an apartment on your website and goes home without calling. Weeks later, the listing crosses their path on YouTube, in Gmail or on a news website, with the same apartment and the current price. Then they write to you.

4/4 Measurement and conversions

Every call, logged against its campaign, its town and its language

We count every call and every form, match them with your sales and you see it each month by area: what a contact has cost in Salou, in Reus or in Tortosa. If a campaign only brings clicks, its money moves to the one that brings clients.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in the province of Tarragona

  • The ad only shows for the searches you accept. We leave out “tickets”, “hotel”, “campsite” and the park's name, and every week we go over what people did type. If something slips through, we add it to the list and that click is not repeated.

  • Yes, if the campaign only shows to people searching in that area and the call reaches you with the town logged. That way you know whether Cambrils or Calafell give you contacts that justify more budget, without spending across the whole province at once.

  • One campaign per language lets you compare. In Reus and in Valls part of your audience types in Catalan, and in Salou and Cambrils English weighs in too. We start with what already reaches you and expand if the calls ask for it.

  • The minimum: estate or street, type of home and phone number. If you ask for more, people give up. Square metres, refurbishments and price are discussed on the call, and you arrive with the area and the type of house already noted.

  • Yes, and it is the usual way: one city, with its neighbourhoods and its valuation and a small budget adjusted to what each call costs. Once you see that number, you decide whether the next euro goes to Reus, to the coast or to the Ebro.

  • Ads show from the first day, while SEO takes time to grow. On top of that, ads tell you which searches bring calls, and that information guides which pages to write for your SEO.
