In Tarragona people search by town and by beach, and your website needs a page for each search

Buyers type “flat in Reus”, “house in Coma-ruga” or “apartment in Salou”, in Catalan, Spanish or English. We organise your website by area, write what each buyer wants to read and work so that Google and AI find you, while you keep looking after your clients.

Tarragona, from the Costa Dorada to the Ebro

Thirteen towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants, a long coastline and an inland area that is searched in a different way

The province's thirteen towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants add up to 556,793 people according to the INE, and behind that figure there are three buyers who do not search alike. On the coast, the family from the Barcelona area who wants a second home and the foreigner who first knew the Costa Dorada on holiday. In Tarragona and in Reus, the person who lives and works there and wants a flat or a house to stay in. Inland and along the Ebro, the one who prefers a village house, with a patio or with land. A website that treats them as one loses all those searches.

That is why we split the work by area. Each one gets its own page, its own Google profile and its own guide, using the name the buyer uses (“Coma-ruga”, “Salou”, “Tortosa”) and not the province's. It is the basis of our solution for becoming the reference in your area. This is the map of the work:

Costa Dorada 8 towns Eight coastal municipalities, from Cunit to Cambrils, searched by their own name and, in English, as “Costa Dorada”. Each needs its own page, and the beach areas inside them (Coma-ruga, La Pineda) deserve theirs. Tarragona Tarragona With 143,649 inhabitants, it is the capital and is searched by district: the Part Alta, the Serrallo. Here the Google map and each office's reviews decide who gets the first call. Reus Tarragona With 111,601 inhabitants, it is the second city and is searched for living, not for holidays: a flat near schools and shops. Without a page of its own, that search ends up on Tarragona's. El Vendrell Tarragona With 41,133 inhabitants, it combines town, beach (Coma-ruga) and a train to Barcelona. It is searched as a home to live in and as a second home, and each search needs its own text. Cambrils Tarragona With 37,042 inhabitants and a fishing harbour that is busy all year, it is searched for quality of life. Those asking from abroad compare in English and Catalan, and the Google profile weighs in when they type “estate agency in Cambrils”. Tortosa Tarragona With 35,997 inhabitants, it is the city of the Ebro and the Delta. People look for village houses or houses with land, mostly in Catalan and Spanish, and it needs content about the river and the Delta, not the coast's. Calafell Tarragona With 32,624 inhabitants, it is searched by the town's name and by Segur de Calafell, with a beach and a train to Barcelona. Each area has its own buyer: the one who holidays here and the one who lives here all year. Salou Tarragona With 31,491 inhabitants and a lot of tourism, its searches mix holidays, investment and buying to live. Your page must make clear that you sell rather than rent, and say so in English as well as in Catalan and Spanish. Valls Tarragona With 25,518 inhabitants, it is a district capital with a life of its own, away from the beach. People search for a flat to live in and a house with land towards the Alt Camp, mostly in Catalan. A guide to the town and its surroundings gives your website what a portal lacks.
  • TarragonèsTarragona, Salou, Vila-seca, Torredembarra, Altafulla: on the coast people search “house near the beach”. One page per town separates one search from another.
  • Baix CampReus, Cambrils, Mont-roig del Camp: an inland city and a coastline. Miami Platja and l'Hospitalet de l'Infant are searched by their own names and need a separate page.
  • Baix PenedèsEl Vendrell, Calafell, Cunit: beach and train towns, with main homes and second homes mixed together. Each coastal area needs its own.
  • Alt Camp and Conca de BarberàValls and Montblanc: old towns, calçots and city walls. Guides to living there, for whoever wants a house with character away from the sea.
  • Terres de l'EbreTortosa, Amposta, L'Ametlla de Mar, Sant Carles de la Ràpita, Deltebre: village houses and fishermen's houses next to the Delta. Content in Catalan and Spanish, using the name of each town.
  • Priorat and Terra AltaFalset, Gratallops, Gandesa: houses among the vineyards for whoever wants calm. A guide for each district gives every listing its context.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

A structure that separates the coast, the two cities and the interior

Your website needs to know what each place is and tell Google. One page for Salou, another for Reus and another for Tortosa, each in its own language, with links between them and no confusion. Behind it comes the technical side, with speed, errors and repeated pages, which we take care of.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

Neighbourhood and village guides, from Torredembarra to the Delta

Before calling, the buyer wants to know what living there is like. In Coma-ruga they ask about the train and the beach out of season; in Reus, about the school and the neighbourhood; in Tortosa, about the river and the land. We write a guide for each place, under your name and with what you have seen in your own sales, and we add mentions in local media.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

Get ChatGPT to name you when people ask about living on the Costa Dorada

Whoever decides from another city or another country does not search: they ask. “Which trustworthy estate agency is there in Cambrils?” or “where can I buy near Tarragona without going to the most touristy places?” end up in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity. We prepare your website and your listings so that they cite you, and we measure which questions you appear in and which not.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

One Google profile per office, on the map of its own city

When someone searches “estate agency near me” from Reus, Vila-seca or Valls, the map decides. If your office is in Tarragona and you also sell in Cambrils, the profile of one does not appear on the map of the other: each address needs its own, with photos, opening hours and up-to-date reviews. We explain it in our guide to the Google profile.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in the province of Tarragona

  • No, a single website, with one page per town that says something different in each. We start with the town where you close the most deals and, once that page shows on Google, internal links push the next one.

  • That phrase is typed mostly by foreign buyers, in English. The buyer from here searches by town. That is why there is a page for the coast that links to its eight municipalities, and the heavy work goes into each of them.

  • No. In Reus the neighbourhood, the schools and your office's reviews weigh most, because whoever searches is going to stay. In Salou the language, the beach and making it clear that you sell and do not rent weigh most. They are two different jobs within the same province.

  • If Google cannot find your listing in the language of whoever is searching, it shows it to another website. We start with the languages in which you already get calls and add the others when searches ask for it, with an address for each version. It is the same thing we do to serve international clients.

  • Yes. The owner of an apartment in Calafell who lives in another city checks what it is worth before putting it up for sale. If your website has a valuation guide for their area, they call you. We develop it in our solution for winning property owners.

  • You check which of your pages appear for “house in Tortosa” or “house in the Delta”. If you have none that talks about the Ebro, that search goes to another website. The examination of your website tells you with your own data.
