In central Madrid, every flat has a story the listing must tell
High ceilings, beams, balconies, a building with its past: what makes a central flat unique does not always fit in the first photo. We design websites worthy of those homes, made for mobile and with a clear path to contact.

Your homes, full screen
Large photos, well arranged and with no text over them. The property is shown as it deserves before anyone visits it.

Made for mobile
Your clients get to know you from their phone. Everything can be read without zooming and requesting a viewing is always one tap away.

With your identity, not a template
Your typography, your colour and your way of speaking on every page. We design it with you, page by page.
Listings for flats that look nothing alike
A flat in the centre is rarely explained by square metres and bedrooms alone. What matters is the floor and whether there is a lift, the condition of the building, the height of the ceilings, what can be renovated and how far the square is. The buyer from abroad looks at it from another country and from a phone, and the neighbour who wants to sell looks at your website before calling you.
That is why we design the listing first: where the gallery goes, which details come before the price and how the neighbourhood looks. Then, the first screen on mobile and the way to contact you. If your buyer is from abroad, the website has to feel just as well made in their language: it is part of our solution for international clients.
A listing that shows the balcony and explains the building
A large gallery that starts with what sets the flat apart, the details that matter at first glance (floor, lift, condition of the building, possible renovation) and a map with the neighbourhood. The buyer arrives at the viewing with the flat already in their head.
The first mobile screen, for whoever arrives from a Story
In the centre many clients know you from an ad or a message. The first mobile screen carries only a commanding photo, a clear headline and a button. The rest is read as you scroll.
So it shows you are from the centre and not a template
Your typeface, your colours and your way of speaking, applied to every page. In a district with so many agencies a few streets apart, a generic website is forgotten as soon as it is closed; yours has to recall how you serve people in the office.
A form that gets filled in to the end
We ask for just enough to call: name, phone number and which flat they are interested in, already filled in. For the buyer from abroad, the form is in their language and accepts their dialling code. The rest is discussed on the call.
The six neighbourhoods of Centro and how they look on your website
Each neighbourhood calls for a different image and tone in the listing. What is shown for one does not work for the next.
- PalacioHistoric buildings and streets of the Madrid of the Habsburgs. Sober listings, with photos of the façade and the staircase and all the text in English.
- EmbajadoresLavapiés, with small flats to renovate. Listings with the current floor plan and the renovation proposal beside it.
- CortesHuertas and the Barrio de las Letras. A gallery that starts with the balcony and what can be seen from it.
- JusticiaChueca and the Salesas. Listings that show the nearby shops as part of the home.
- UniversidadMalasaña, with a young buyer who arrives on mobile. A light first screen and a button always within reach.
- SolA very well-known and busy area. The listing has to say straight away how far the square is and how to get there on foot or by public transport.

Frequently asked questions about web design in central Madrid
-
Those that show what sets it apart: ceilings, balcony, floors and light. And one of the entrance and staircase, because the buyer looks at the building. If the flat needs renovation, also its real condition.
-
Yes: next to the photos of the current state goes the proposal, with the floor plan and images of the result. It sets you apart when the buyer wants to renovate.
-
Not in structure, but in what is visible: the neighbourhood, the tone and the images. A website for the historic centre should not feel like one for a residential area.
-
Yes, with a private area or a form that asks for details before showing them. It is common in the centre, where some owners prefer to sell discreetly.
-
Not always. We review what you have: if the structure works, we change the listing and the first screen; if not, we tell you and explain why.
-
Good photos and the real details of the flat. If you do not have a photographer, we tell you which shots are needed and in what light.
