In Castile and León people search for a home by city and by village, and Google shows the site with a page for each place

Nine provinces, eighteen towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants and small villages searched by name. We handle, in the background, the technical side, the content for each area and the optimisation for AI, so that whoever searches in Burgos, Segovia or the Bierzo finds you.

Castile and León, from the plateau to the sierra

Nine provinces that are searched in nine different ways

Castile and León has 18 towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants, which add up to 1,305,262 people according to the INE, and no two are searched alike. In Valladolid, Burgos, Salamanca and León it is the local resident swapping flats who types, by neighbourhood and by street. In Segovia and Ávila it is the Madrid buyer who wants a house in the mountains for weekends. In Soria or Zamora the search often carries the name of the family's village.

That is why we do not rank for “estate agent in Castile and León”: almost nobody types it. We rank your agency in your cities and districts, with a page written for each one and all linked together. That is how you become the go-to agency of your area for whoever is searching, instead of depending on an ad every month.

Ávila 1 town Ávila city, with 59,107 inhabitants, and the Sierra de Gredos around it. People search “house in Ávila” and also the name of a village in the sierra, and each village needs its page and a well-kept Google listing. Burgos 3 towns Burgos, Aranda de Duero and Miranda de Ebro are each searched on their own. A site that puts them into a single list answers none of them, and in Aranda you also catch whoever searches for the Ribera del Duero. León 4 towns León, Ponferrada, San Andrés del Rabanedo and Villaquilambre: four towns and two markets, the León area and the Bierzo. Each needs its own pages, so that the province is not mistaken for the city. Palencia 1 town One large town, Palencia, with 77,466 inhabitants, and a province of villages. Here a well-made page for the city and an up-to-date Google listing count for more than a heap of general content. Salamanca 1 town Salamanca, with 146,110 inhabitants and a university. Someone looking for a flat for a student child, someone investing to rent and someone who wants to live in the old town do not type the same thing, and each search deserves its own page. Segovia 1 town Segovia, with 52,375 inhabitants, and the villages of its sierra, which attract buyers from Madrid. Whoever searches from outside types the name of the village, and your site has to be there before a portal. Soria 1 town Soria, with 41,025 inhabitants, and a province of small villages. In a small market, a well-ordered site, with a district page and a good Google listing, can make the difference. Valladolid 4 towns Valladolid, with 302,614 inhabitants, and the municipalities around it: Arroyo de la Encomienda, Laguna de Duero and, further out, Medina del Campo. The city is searched by neighbourhood, and the surrounding towns by what they offer, a detached or a semi-detached house. Zamora 2 towns Zamora and Benavente, two towns, and a province where the search carries the name of the municipality. A well-kept Google listing and one page per district pick up that kind of search.
  • BierzoPonferrada and the villages of the Bierzo are searched by district and by town. A page for the Bierzo and another for Ponferrada stop your site from competing against itself with the same phrase.
  • Tierra de CamposIt stretches across Palencia, Valladolid, Zamora and León, and is searched by village. A guide to the district with its municipalities picks up those searches before a portal answers them.
  • Ribera del DueroIts villages are spread across Burgos, Valladolid, Soria and Segovia. Whoever looks for a home among the vineyards types the name of the village, and only a page for each municipality picks up that search.
  • Sierra de GredosBetween Ávila and the Tiétar valley, second homes are searched by village. Cebreros, Arenas de San Pedro or Piedrahíta each need their own page and their own photos.
  • Segovian Sierra de GuadarramaLa Granja de San Ildefonso and El Espinar receive searches from people in Madrid. They type the village, and the site has to explain what living there is like all year round.
  • SanabriaPuebla de Sanabria and its surroundings are searched by name. The district deserves its own page and its own Google listing.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

A site ordered by city and by district, not by list of homes

We order addresses, titles, speed and links so that Google understands what you sell and where. One page for Valladolid, another for the Bierzo, another for the Sierra de Gredos, and without the search engine mistaking the province of León for the city of León or the province of Burgos for its capital.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

A guide to each place, written for whoever is about to decide

We publish what people ask before buying: what living in Salamanca is like with students nearby, what to check before buying an old house in a village, which neighbourhood of Burgos suits a family. Each piece carries your signature and links to the rest of your site.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

So that AI names you when people hesitate between Segovia and Ávila

Whoever is thinking of moving asks an AI assistant for advice: near Madrid, with a school, with a train. Whether that assistant names your agency depends on what your site says and on what others say about you. We work on it, and every month we check which answers you appear in.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

The Google map, office by office

If you have an office in Valladolid and another in Segovia, each one needs its own Google Business Profile listing, with its address, its photos and its reviews answered. The map decides who receives the call from someone searching “estate agent near me”. Here is a guide to looking after your listing.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in Castile and León

  • No. One well-ordered domain is enough, with a page for each city and each district where you work. Your Burgos office and your León office appear on the same site, with texts that each talk about their own place and not about a template with another name.

  • What someone coming from outside asks: how to get there, which schools and shops are nearby, what the village is like in winter. Each village gets its page and its photos. A list of homes and nothing else answers nobody who does not yet know the area.

  • They are covered inside the page of their district and in your Google listing, which is where you are found by whoever types the name of the village. You do not need a page for every hamlet; you need the district page to say which villages you cover and what there is in each.

  • The portals place the ad; your site builds your name. Whoever searches “flat in Salamanca” sees the portals, but also the estate agents' sites that are well made. And when an owner types your name to check who you are, your site has to be the first thing they see.

  • Yes. Whoever thinks of selling types “sell my house in Zamora” or “how much is my flat worth in León” before speaking to anyone. A page for each city that answers that puts you in front of someone who has not yet chosen an agency.

  • Fewer searches do not mean fewer sales. With a well-kept Google listing and a few well-made pages you reach whoever types the name of the village, and the work is sized to the market. Before proposing anything we examine your site and your area.
