In Andalusia, buyers do not search the same way on the coast as in the capital

Your website can show good homes and still not appear when someone searches in Estepona, in Úbeda or in Conil. We handle, in the background, the technical side, the content for each area and the optimisation for AI, town by town.

Andalusia, from the coast to the mountains

Eight provinces, four coasts and one search engine

Andalusia has 113 towns of more than 15,000 inhabitants, adding up to 6,518,891 people according to the INE, and they are not all searched the same way. On the Costa del Sol and the Costa de Almería, many buyers search from abroad, in English, German or Dutch. In Seville, Córdoba and Granada, people search in Spanish and by neighbourhood. In the mountains of Jaén or Huelva, whoever wants a home types the name of the village.

That is why we do not rank for “estate agent in Andalusia”: nobody types it that way. We rank your agency in your towns, with a page written for each one and all of them linked together. And if part of your buyers live abroad, those pages also exist in their language, as we explain in our solution for international clients.

Almería 10 towns Ten towns and three ways of searching: the capital, the Poniente and the Levante. Each needs its own page and its own vocabulary, and a site that mixes them answers none. Cádiz 18 towns Eighteen towns across the Bay, La Janda, Jerez and the Campo de Gibraltar. People search by village, and a site without a page for each place loses those searches. Córdoba 9 towns Nine towns and a capital with a lot of local demand: city-centre neighbourhoods, houses with a patio, the countryside. Here well-written local content makes the difference. Granada 15 towns Fifteen towns across the Vega, the mountains and the coast. Someone who comes for the Alhambra, someone searching near Sierra Nevada and someone looking in Motril do not type the same thing into Google. Huelva 9 towns Nine towns: the capital, the coastline and the Sierra de Aracena. People search by village name, and the site with a page for each one is the one that appears. Jaén 8 towns Eight towns, among olive groves, Úbeda and the mountain ranges. The searches are very specific, and a well-kept Google listing weighs as much as the website. Málaga 18 towns Eighteen towns: the coast, the capital, the Axarquía, Ronda and Antequera. The language of the site decides who appears, because a good part of the demand searches in English and other languages. Seville 26 towns Twenty-six towns around a capital of 689,423 inhabitants. People search in Spanish, by neighbourhood and by town in the Aljarafe, and the site needs a page for each one. Costa de la Luz 20 towns Twenty towns between Tarifa and Ayamonte, split between Cádiz and Huelva. The coast crosses two provinces, and your site has to be organised by beach and by village, not by province. Costa de Almería 7 towns Seven towns, from Adra to Cuevas del Almanzora, with buyers searching from northern Europe. A site in their language, with a page per town, answers what they ask. Costa Tropical 2 towns Motril and Almuñécar: two coastal towns with a subtropical climate and plenty of second homes. A few well-made pages and a well-kept Google listing are the basis for appearing. Costa del Sol 12 towns Twelve towns, from Manilva to Nerja, with Marbella, Málaga and Mijas among them. People search in English, German, Dutch and Swedish, and the page in that language is the one that shows up.
  • AxarquíaNerja, Torrox and Vélez-Málaga are searched by village and by view. A page of its own for each one stops your site competing against itself.
  • AljarafeFamilies leaving Seville look for a house with a garden town by town. It is local content that a generic site does not write.
  • Campo de GibraltarAlgeciras and San Roque are searched in Spanish and in English. You need one page per town, not one list of homes for the whole area.
  • La JandaConil, Barbate and Vejer attract whoever wants a white village and a beach. People search by village and by type of home, and that is where the viewing is won or lost.
  • Levante almerienseVera, Cuevas del Almanzora and Mojácar receive searches from northern Europe. The site has to tell what living there is like, not just list homes.
  • Sierra de AracenaAracena and its villages are searched as second homes by people from Huelva and Seville. Almost always they type the name of the village.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

A site organised by town, not by list of homes

Your site has to reflect what Andalusia is like: one page for the Costa del Sol, another for each village of the Axarquía, another for the centre of Córdoba. We organise addresses, titles, speed and versions in other languages so that Google understands what you sell and where, and does not confuse Marbella with Málaga city.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

A guide for each town, written by someone who knows it

We publish what people ask in each place: what to check before buying next to a golf course in Mijas, what life is like in a white village of La Janda, which part of central Granada attracts whoever comes for the Alhambra. Each piece carries your signature and links to the rest of your site.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

Let AI name you when someone asks about a home in Andalusia

Someone planning to buy tells an AI their plan: where, who is travelling, what they need nearby. We work so that ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity name your agency in those answers, in English and in Spanish, and every month we measure in which of them you appear.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

The Google map, office by office

If you have an office in Seville and another in Marbella, each needs its own Google Business Profile listing, with its address, its photos and its reviews answered. The map decides who gets the call from someone searching “estate agent near me”, in English too. Here is a guide to looking after your listing.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in Andalusia

  • No. One well-organised domain is enough, with a page of its own for each town where you want to sell. An agency with offices in Marbella and Córdoba can rank in both markets from the same site, as long as each page says something different about its place and is not the same page with another name.

  • Those of the people who buy from you. Almost always English and, depending on where your visitors come from, German, Dutch, French or Swedish. Each language with its complete pages and its own address, not an automatic translator stuck on top.

  • They are worked within the page of their district and in your Google listing, which is where someone searching by the village name finds you. You do not need a new site for each one; you need the district page to say which villages you cover and which homes there are in them.

  • It depends on how many agencies compete for the same search. On the coast and in the big cities there are many, and more content and more consistency are needed; in a mountain village, a well-kept listing and a few well-made pages are already noticeable. That is why we do not give a closed plan without looking at your area: first we examine your website and your market.

  • Yes. The owner of a flat in Seville or a house in Chiclana types “sell my house in…” before calling anyone. A page for each town that answers that puts you in front of someone who has not yet chosen an agency, and it is the first step to winning owners.

  • Portals rent visibility; your website builds it. When someone searches “villa in Nerja”, the portals appear, but so do well-worked agency websites, and those are yours. Our job is to make yours one of them, without depending on paying for an ad every month.
