In the province of Málaga buyers search in several languages: your website has to answer in all of them

Almost every agency on the coast has a website. Few have a page of their own for each town and each area the buyer names, and fewer still have English that Google understands. We take care of the technical side, the content and the AI optimisation, and you see how many calls come in.

Málaga, from the sea to the mountains

Eighteen places with more than 15,000 inhabitants, and none of them is searched the same way

Someone buying in Marbella types “Golden Mile villa”, someone looking in Torremolinos types “apartment near the beach”, and someone living in Málaga city types “flat in Pedregalejo”. Your website needs a page for each of those searches, in the language they are typed in, and a Google map where your listing shows up in the town that matters. That is what SEO means here, before any trick.

The province also has a buyer who does not live here: the one looking from another country, first on Google and increasingly by asking an AI. We work so that your agency is their answer too, and so that the foreign owner who wants to sell finds you. It is what we call becoming the reference agency in your area. This is how we divide the work:

Costa del Sol 12 towns From Manilva to Nerja, twelve coastal towns that are searched by name and, for many, in English. With one page per town, your website does not compete against itself. Málaga 11 districts Here people search by neighbourhood (Pedregalejo, El Palo, La Malagueta, Teatinos) and the Google map shares out the calls. Your office listing weighs as much as your website. Marbella Málaga The buyer types the area: Golden Mile, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Sierra Blanca. Without a page for each one, that search goes to another agency. Mijas Málaga Mijas Pueblo, La Cala and Calahonda are not searched the same way, and the same person does not buy in all three. Three pages, three texts, and each with its own English. Vélez-Málaga Málaga Capital of the Axarquía, with Torre del Mar and Caleta de Vélez on the coast. The beach and the inland area are searched together, and each needs its own page for Google to understand it. Fuengirola Málaga Los Boliches and Torreblanca are searched by name. Many buyers already live on the coast and type in English, so the English version cannot be a half-done translation. Estepona Málaga The old town, the port and the New Golden Mile on the way to Marbella: new builds and resales are searched separately, and each one needs its own page. Benalmádena Málaga Benalmádena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and the coast are three ways of living in the town and three different searches. Puerto Marina deserves a guide of its own. Torremolinos Málaga La Carihuela, Montemar and the Bajondillo are neighbourhoods the buyer names. With the airport and the commuter train close by, location is the first thing people ask about.
  • Costa del Sol OccidentalFrom Torremolinos to Manilva, by way of Marbella: demand from abroad rules and English is a working language, not an add-on.
  • Málaga and its surroundingsA flat in the centre, a house in El Limonar or Pedregalejo: searches by neighbourhood, with owners who sell and buyers who arrive from the airport.
  • AxarquíaVélez-Málaga, Torre del Mar, Nerja, Torrox: a coast with white villages behind it. People search by village, and each village needs its own page.
  • Guadalhorce ValleyCoín, Alhaurín de la Torre, Cártama: a house with a garden close to the coast and the capital, for whoever wants space a short drive from everything.
  • Serranía de RondaRonda and its villages: country houses and second homes, where few agencies compete and the search is very much about the place.
  • AntequeraThe interior of the province: a local market, with the owner from the area as the first client.
1/4 Technical SEO and architecture

A website organised by town, by area and by language

Google does not read your website as a front page: it reads addresses. We build a structure where each town, each area and each language has its own, with no repeated pages and with English properly marked, so that Google shows each version to whoever understands it. And everything opens fast on the phone of someone looking from abroad.

2/4 Hyperlocal content

Guides that know every corner of your coast

Marbella is not described like Nerja. We write a guide for each area with what the buyer asks: how to get to the airport, which schools are nearby, what the property costs to run. It is published under your name in Spanish and in English, and we add mentions from local media so that authority shows beyond your website.

3/4 GEO · AI search visibility

Let the AI name you when people ask about the Costa del Sol

Buyers who live abroad increasingly ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini something like “where to buy a villa near Marbella with a trustworthy agency”. We work so that your agency is one of the answers, and we measure which questions you appear in and which you do not yet.

4/4 Google Business Profile and local search

Your listing on the map, ahead in your own town

When someone searches “inmobiliaria en Fuengirola” or “estate agent Estepona”, the map decides. We create and look after your Google Business Profile listing, with reviews, photos and replies, so that it comes up among the first. With offices in several towns, each one has its own listing.

Frequently asked questions about real estate SEO in the province of Málaga

  • For the ones your buyer names when searching, yes. Golden Mile, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía or Sierra Blanca are not the same search or the same client. We start with the areas where you close the most deals and open the rest with what we measure.

  • It depends on how the English is done. A quick, literal translation does not answer what the buyer types. Each listing and each guide needs its own version, with its own address and its language tag, and a text written for someone searching from the United Kingdom or northern Europe.

  • No. An old website does not win for being old: the page that best answers what the buyer types wins. We start with searches that name a neighbourhood or an estate, where there tend to be fewer well-built websites than for “houses in Marbella”.

  • A Google listing is tied to one address, so on its own it does not take you to another town. For Marbella you need a well-built Marbella page on your website and, if you open an office there, its own listing. We explain it in the article on getting the most from your Google listing.

  • Yes. Many owners on the coast live abroad and search in their own language for whoever will sell their home. A valuation page in English and a selling guide for non-residents put you in front of them. It is part of our solution for international clients.

  • How many calls and forms arrive from Google, by town and by language; which searches with an area name you appear in; how many visits and reviews your listing gets; and which AI questions name you. In other words, potential clients, not visits.
