In Málaga every search needs its own ad: you pay for the one that brings a buyer, not the one that brings the curious

Someone searching “apartment in Torremolinos” is not the one searching “luxury villa in Marbella”, and neither of them is searching “holiday rental”. We choose which searches to pay for in each town and each language, we drop the rest and we tell you what each call has cost.

  • Get calls from people searching right now

Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

  • What a click costs in your area

See what is paid today on Google for the property searches that name your area.

  • Every euro, explained

Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.

One account for the whole coast

On the coast a lot of the housing people search for is not for sale

Málaga is tourism and housing at the same time, and Google does not tell them apart on its own. Someone typing “apartment Marbella” may want a week's holiday or may want to buy, and the same goes for “villa Estepona”. That is why we build the account from the searches that already carry buying intent, split them by town and by language and drop seasonal rentals, jobs and portals from day one.

The other client is the owner. Someone thinking of selling searches “how much is my house worth in Mijas” or “flat valuation Málaga”, and there your valuation ad reaches them before another agency's does. That campaign gets you homes to sell, and it is part of our solution to win property owners. This is how we organise the account:

Costa del Sol 12 towns From Manilva to Nerja, the same click can come from a buyer or from a tourist. The account is split by town and holiday rentals are out from day one. Málaga 11 districts A city of neighbourhoods: Centro, Pedregalejo, El Palo, Teatinos. You pay for whoever wants to buy in a specific neighbourhood and drop whoever wants a room or a rental. Marbella Málaga Luxury searches that name the area (Golden Mile, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía), in Spanish and in English. We bid on the exact area and leave out the generic search that only brings visits. Mijas Málaga Mijas Pueblo, La Cala and Calahonda: townhouses and houses with gardens that families and buyers from abroad look for. One ad per village, with the English written for whoever searches that way. Vélez-Málaga Málaga Vélez-Málaga, Torre del Mar, Caleta de Vélez: buyers from the province and from abroad, with fewer advertisers on each search. A small, tight campaign may be enough to start. Fuengirola Málaga Los Boliches, Torreblanca and the seafront promenade: searches for flats and apartments by the beach, with plenty of rentals in between. Excluded words from day one. Estepona Málaga New builds by the sea and resales in the old town are two campaigns and two ads. Someone typing “new build Estepona” is not someone looking for a “house in the centre”. Benalmádena Málaga Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena Pueblo and Puerto Marina: ads that name the neighbourhood and the commuter train, for whoever needs to reach Málaga without a car. Torremolinos Málaga La Carihuela, Montemar and the Bajondillo: apartments near the beach and the airport. People search in English and in Spanish, and buying to live in is kept apart from buying to let.
  • Costa del Sol OccidentalOne buying campaign per town, in Spanish and in English, and another apart for the owner's valuation.
  • Málaga and its areaWe bid by neighbourhood in the capital and serve the owner who sells with a valuation that carries the name of their area.
  • AxarquíaVélez-Málaga, Nerja, Torrox: small campaigns, without spending a euro on holiday-rental searches.
  • Guadalhorce ValleyCoín, Alhaurín de la Torre, Cártama: a house with a garden. One ad per town, with the school and the access to the capital in plain view.
  • Serranía de RondaRonda and its villages: country houses and searches that are very much about the place. There is less volume, so every click is looked after.
  • AntequeraBuyers and owners from the area: we start with the valuation, because that is where the client is.
1/4 Google Search · keywords

You pay for whoever buys in your town, not for whoever is planning a holiday

Each town has its own searches and each search its own language: “villa Marbella”, “flat in central Málaga”, “new build Estepona”. From day one we leave out seasonal rentals, golf on its own, jobs and portals. And every week we read what people typed before they clicked.

2/4 Valuation campaigns

The foreign owner who no longer lives here and wants to sell

Many homes on the coast have owners who live abroad. When they type “sell house in Mijas” or “value apartment in Fuengirola”, your valuation ad appears in their language, they request it in a minute and the alert reaches your phone before they write to another agency.

3/4 Remarketing · YouTube and Display

The buyer who looks from home and decides later

Someone who visits the coast for a few days looks at homes, goes back to their country and decides afterwards. Each time they open YouTube, their email or a website they read, they find the home they viewed on yours, and not another agency's.

4/4 Measurement and conversions

You know which town and which language bring you calls

We track every call and every form, split them by town and by language and match them with your sales. Each month the money moves from the search that only brings visits to the one that brings clients, and you see it in what each contact costs you.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in the province of Málaga

  • With a list of excluded searches that we review every week: rental, “holiday rental”, rooms, jobs and portal names. And with ads that say “for sale” in the headline, so that whoever wants to rent does not even click.

  • In both when you sell in areas with buyers from abroad, such as Marbella, Mijas or Estepona. It is not about translating the same ad: someone searching in English types differently (“sea view villa”, “golf apartment”), and their ad and their page have to be designed for that.

  • It depends on what each call brings you, not on the fame of the area. We start where you already close deals and try another market with a small campaign. If the calls come at a good price, we widen it; if not, we switch it off.

  • Google reaches people who are already searching, so it reaches the owner when they type “how much is my house worth” or “sell my flat”. The one who is not yet thinking of selling you reach with Instagram and Facebook ads, as we explain in our Meta Ads service.

  • A listing that opens fast on the phone, with photos, area and a phone number in view, and a simple valuation page for the owner. If the buyer comes from another country, the listing has to be in their language. Without that, the ad works and the website throws it away.

  • Because we measure the same things in all of them: calls and forms by town, how many end in a viewing and how many in a sale. Comparing clicks between Marbella and Vélez-Málaga tells you nothing; comparing what each call costs does.
