In the province of Cádiz many people search for carnival, wineries or the ferry: your ad should only appear for whoever buys or sells a home
Someone typing “house in Chiclana” is not the one typing “beaches in Cádiz”, and neither looks like the owner searching “how much is my flat worth in Jerez”. We choose which searches to pay for in each district, we drop those that only add clicks and we tell you what each call has cost.

Get calls from people searching right now
Ads with a call button: people looking for a home in your area call you there and then, rather than leaving a form that goes cold.

Every euro, explained
Once a month we tell you where the budget went and what it brought: calls, viewings and deals. No jargon.
Cádiz sells a lot of tourism, and Google cannot tell the tourist from the buyer
A province with so much to see (carnival, beaches, wineries, cruise ships, the Strait) produces an enormous amount of search that has nothing to do with housing. If you pay for “Cádiz” or “Tarifa” on their own, you spend on someone planning a weekend. That is why we build the account from searches that already carry buying intent, with the name of the place and the type of home, and from day one we leave out holiday rentals, jobs and portals.
The owner is the other client. Someone who inherits a house in the old quarter of Jerez or wants to sell the villa in La Barrosa types “sell house in Chiclana” or “value flat in Cádiz”: with a valuation campaign you reach them before another agency does. That is how you get homes to sell, as we explain in our solution to win property owners. The account is organised like this:
- Bay of CádizOne campaign per city (Cádiz, San Fernando, Puerto Real, Chiclana) and a shared valuation campaign for whoever wants to sell.
- Marco de JerezJerez, El Puerto and Sanlúcar with ads of their own: a house with character, a country estate and a villa, each with its own search.
- Costa de la Luz and La JandaConil, Vejer, Barbate and Zahara: second homes. You pay for the village name with “buy” or “house” and drop holiday rentals.
- Campo de GibraltarAlgeciras, La Línea, San Roque, Tarifa and Sotogrande: Spanish and English, and different ads for whoever lives here and whoever invests.
- Sierra de CádizArcos, Grazalema and Ubrique: small searches that are very much about the place. A campaign with little spend and many excluded words.
You pay for whoever searches for a home, not for whoever searches for carnival
Each market has its own searches: “house in Chiclana”, “penthouse in Cádiz”, “villa in Sotogrande”. From day one we leave out holiday rentals, carnival, wineries, the ferry, jobs and portals. And every week we read what people typed before clicking, to switch off whatever only spends.
The owner who inherits or moves and does not know what the house is worth
Someone with a house in the old quarter of Jerez or an inherited villa in the Bay types “how much is my house worth” before calling anyone. A valuation ad with the name of their area, a one-minute form and the alert on your phone put you ahead of the portal and the agency around the corner.
The buyer who came in summer and decides in winter
Someone strolling through Conil or Sotogrande in August looks at homes and decides months later, already back in Madrid or London. We show them the listing they saw again, on YouTube, in Gmail and on the websites they read, until they call you.
You know which district and which language bring you calls
Every call and every form is logged with the ad and the search that brought it, by district and by language. We match them with your viewings and your sales, and that shows whether Sotogrande brings contacts at a better price than the Bay. The budget moves towards where the clients are.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads in the province of Cádiz
-
With a list of excluded searches that grows every week and with ads that say “for sale” in the headline. Someone looking for ferry timetables or carnival tickets does not see your ad, and whoever does see it knows you are talking about buying.
-
Better separately: someone searching “country estate near Jerez” is not the one searching “apartment in Conil”. Each area has its own campaign and budget, so you see which one gives calls at a good price. If one does not pay off, you switch it off without touching the other.
-
It works for whoever is already searching, and they often do it in English as well as Spanish. That is why the ad and the listing it leads to have to be written for whoever searches that way, and the listing has to open fast on the phone.
-
Not with Google: it only reaches whoever is already searching. To reach the owner who is hesitating you are better off appearing earlier on their phone, on Instagram and Facebook; that is what Meta Ads is for. When they finally search “how much is my house worth”, your valuation will be waiting.
-
Yes, especially where there are many passers-by. That is why we do not look at clicks but at calls: if an ad gets clicks and no calls, it is switched off or the text is changed. What counts is what each contact costs you.
-
Sometimes, with a small campaign. You start with a modest budget and words that are very much about the place (“house in Arcos de la Frontera”). If the calls come at a good price, it grows; if not, it is switched off and the money goes to the coast.
